My Review of Benny Boyd Bastrop:
When we came in to have the oil changed in my car and, as it turned out, look at a new vehicle, Mr. Trevino waved at us through the window and came out to see us and the new gentleman in the service department stepped out to greet me as I got out of the car. This beginning matched the rest of this visit and two return visits we have made to pick up the car and work on possibilities of buying a new one: courtesy, commitment, and all the qualities that make a visit to this dealership a pleasure. We have purchased two vehicles at this Benny Boyd dealership before and will happily recommend it to anyone.

Mark Nix of the Benny Boyd dealership made my new car buying experience the best I've ever had.

Mark made my car selection easy in helping me select the model that would best fit all my wants and needs.

I knew exactly what I would be geting.

I was promised a hassle free purchase and Javier Guerrero, the Finance Director made good on that promise.

Javier secured the best possible financing available to me at the time.

I not only got a good car at a good price, but I made a couple of friends in the process.

Our experience with Benny Boyd in Bastrop was very pleasant during the whole process. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but I was very pleased with the service we received from Mark Nix. I will definitely consider Benny Boyd when purchasing vehicles in the future.

Mark Nix was great to work with. We have bought two vehicles from in him in less than a year and it was a wonderful experience. He is very personal with you and makes sure you know everything about and how a vehicle works before you leave the lot. He goes beyond the needed as far as a salesman.

My Review of Benny Boyd Bastrop:
The experience began with my email from the dealer website asking for prices on three cars. I specified that I would like only email contact until I "broke the silence", and that was honored.
The website sent an auto-response immediately, so I knew that my message had transmitted OK. As soon as workload permitted (on a very busy day), Mark sent a personal note with all the information I had requested.
In subsequent emails, we set a tentative appointment, then followed up with my phone call when the appointment was near.
When I arrived, Mark showed me my first choice car, I drove it, and I bought it. I had already arranged credit union financing, so the process was simple and straightforward -- I never talked with anyone except Mark.
The only hiccup was a charge that I did not recognize, and Mark explained it readily. I was satisfied and accepted the charge. The final numbers were very close to what I had estimated in advance.
I heartily recommend Benny Boyd Bastrop in general and Mark Nix in particular. There are distinct advantages to buying from the Internet Manager!

I had been looking for a truck for several months. Found the one that had everything on it that i wanted. I called and talked to Mark and he was great. Went through the whole truck with me, let me drive it, and was never pushing me to buy it. Everyone in the office was very nice. Great experience.

I STARTED MY JOURNEY FOR A NEW TRUCK FOR MY SON WITH MARK. HE WAS SO HELPFUL HE SENT ME ADDITIONAL PICTURES BEFORE I CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK AS I LIVE OVER AN HOUR AWAY. I HAD LOOKED AT OTHER DEALERS THAT HAD PICTURES OF TRUCKS ON THEIR SITE AND WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER TO TEST DRIVE IT, THE SIDE NOT IN THE PICTURE HAD A HUGE SCRATCH ALL THE WAY DOWN ONE SIDE OF THE TRUCK. I DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO ELGIN TO SEE THE TRUCK AND IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH BENNY BOYD. THE TRUCK WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. HE SENT ME CARFAX REPORTS AND ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE VEHICLE. HE WAS SO HELPFUL. WE WENT IN AND TAMMY GAVE US ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE TRUCK, SENT US ON OUR TEST DRIVE AND WE JUST LOVED THE TRUCK. THE PRICE WAS GREAT, THE TRUCK WAS GREAT SO OFF TO FINANCE WE GO. WE MET WITH MANNY AND TOLD HIM THE PRICE WE NEEDED, THE INTEREST RATE AND THE TERM OF THE LOAN. HE CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT MORNING AND SAID WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE AT THE LOAN PERIOD WE WERE LOOKING AT WITH THE MONTHLY PAYMENT WE WERE QUOTED. STILL SKEPTICAL WE GET THERE TO SIGN ALL THE PAPERS AND SURE ENOUGH EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE AGREED TO. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY AND PROFESSIONAL THE PROCESS WAS. I WOULD RECOMMEND BENNY BOYD TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE.

The friendliness, the concern over my great urgent need of a vehicle within my price range was acted upon quickly. I gave my desires, my dislikes and it was quite a surprise that Mark and Reuben found exactly what I needed and wanted.

I have never had such an experience of gratification in purchasing a vehicle before. For once, I didn't feel like I was going to a dentist to have teeth pull.

Mark was not only pleasant and very informative about my vehicle, but made everything hassle free for me. All the employees are very curtious and prompt in getting all things done.

I highly recommend Benny Boyd Bastrop for their genuine concern in finding the right vehicle for anyone.

I had a very positive car buying experience at the Benny Boyd dealership in Bastrop, Texas.

My first contact was via the internet with Mark Nix. He responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and his response to me contained all the information I had requested.

I spent the next few days talking with various salespeople from various dealerships in our area (Bastrop, Travis and Williamson Counties) but of all the salespeople I spoke with, Mark Nix stood out for his friendly personality, his knowledge about the product and his willingness to provide me with all the information that I requested.

My favorable impression of Mark was a big factor in my choosing to purchase a vehicle from the Benny Boyd Bastrop dealership.
