My Review of Benny Boyd Bastrop:
Overall, my experience with this dealership was very pleasant. My salesman Mark Nix was very helpful and patient, he didn’t hesitate to let me test the vehicle and answer all my questions, unlike Bluebonnet Jeep in New Braunfels, TX, where they didn’t even bother to go get the keys so I could take a look at the interior of the vehicle and they refused to give me an appraisal for my trade in unless I was willing to purchase one of their vehicles.
Benny Boyd offered me a fair price for my trade in and at no point they tried to sell me something I wasn’t looking for. Even though the Jeep I wanted was not part of their inventory, they were happy to go get it and still offered me the same great deal.
The rest of the team was nothing but helpful as well, everybody was very friendly. I would certainly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

I’d recommend Benny Boyd Dodge in Bastrop, TX to anyone! After doing a lot of comparative (internet and in-person) pricing of different inventories across multiple dealerships, Mark Nix at Benny Boyd just couldn’t be beat. He found exactly what I was looking for, offered it cheaper than what I was finding at other dealerships, was fast, flexible, and accommodating. If you’re looking for a RAM Pick-Up, contact Mark Nix: Bastrop is 90 minutes away from where I live, but it was worth the trip. Even as they were closing for the evening, he spent time going over every detail and answered every question I had. Also, Javier Guerrero, the Finance Manager, made the transaction truly hassle-free and fast. The last 4 vehicles I’ve owned have been Dodges, but the experience at Benny Boyd Bastrop has been the best…thanks Mark!

While looking at some used Jeep Liberties online, I found a couple of them that looked worth investigating out at Benny Boyd in Bastrop. I called Mark Nix, the internet manager as I left Austin to see if they were still available. When I got there Mark met me with a smile and had already pulled the two Jeeps out front. There was no pressure, only honest answers and good information. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and am still really enjoying my Jeep. This is a no frill dealership with good people that I would recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Mark and everyone else @ Benny Boyd Bastrop!

Mark Nix sold me a Jeep Wrangler 1 year ago. Throughout the sales process, he was completely professional, courteous, and responsive to my requests. I wish I could purchase all my vehicles from Mark.

Aaron Nylin recently repaired a bent axle on the Wrangler (my fault). He was also courteous, responsive, and did exactly what he said he would do. Most importantly, he estimated a repair price that was $250 lower than another dealer then actually beat that price upon checkout. I will take all my major repairs to Aaron from now on.

My Review of Benny Boyd Bastrop:
Since purchasing this car alittle over a year ago, the service and service reminders have been great. Benny Boyds will always be our first stop in new or used car shopping. The only factor about the Sebring that may be alittle disapointing were the length of time the tires lasted. I had to replace them before the odometer reached 40,000 miles. Maybe that is average but it seems they could come with atleast a 60,000 tire (small disapointment), other than that the car runs fantastic and as I said the service is outstanding. I usually have my wife bring it in for the oil changes / services and they treat her with the upmost respect and remind her of and additional services needed.

Mark and his colleagues at Benny Boyd, Bastrop made my recent new vehicle purchase a completely hassle free and enjoyable experience. These are words I thought I would never use when describing a car dealership.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and the vehicle was delivered at the dealership as ordered and agreed. This was at a time when my local big city dealerships were asking for $5K over MSRP for the same vehicle.

I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new car. Excellent service.

When we came in to have the oil changed in my car and, as it turned out, look at a new vehicle, Mr. Trevino waved at us through the window and came out to see us and the new gentleman in the service department stepped out to greet me as I got out of the car. This beginning matched the rest of this visit and two return visits we have made to pick up the car and work on possibilities of buying a new one: courtesy, commitment, and all the qualities that make a visit to this dealership a pleasure. We have purchased two vehicles at this Benny Boyd dealership before and will happily recommend it to anyone.
