I was looking for a new truck and these guys got the exact truck I wanted. Upon delivery of truck they walked me through everything and was extremely helpful explaining all the options on the truck.They hooked me up with Onstar,bluetooth,and sirus radio.They spent alot of time with me and I truley appreciate that.

i baught a car as an emergency replacement for a kia that was totaled i had no time too shop around and in came martin who sold me a hyundai. I baught a hyundai sonata and when this car showed its lemon face martin made sure it was right and they baught back the now lemon car and found me a beautifull truck that far exceeded my expectations. i now drive this truck all over. they appologized for all the unforseen problems with the hyundai and fixed the problem by buying the vehicle back and finding me a reliable ride. now that i have this beautifull saturn outlook i can say wow what an amazing vehicle. this dealer is worth his weight in gold granted i spent more on this vehicle we had more time this time too understand what i was looking for and place me in a suitable ride. and wow what a suitable ride. im glad i could do buisness with sutch a reputable dealership and look forward too the next time i half too doo auto buying buisness. they make things right. granted the problems werent theres but i shouldnt half too do 5k in repairs and they made sure i wont half too with this vehicle. things i realy appreciated
was the open history he showed me what was fixed and what was tested. and the car facts realy helps too. i doo like too know the history the good and the bad.

All employees at the dealership were very professional, and pleasant to work with. Mr. Isch was very helpful and patient as we worked through our new car decision, he took the time to find out what we were really looking for. They gave us a very good trade in offer, the best we received from any dealership in the area. This is the second new vehicle (last one was 9 years ago and we still own it) that we have purchased from Berger, I would definitely recommend working with the team at Berger and Brian Isch to anyone looking for a vehicle. The nice thing about Berger is it doesn't matter what size or style you are looking for, they have it on the lot.

Went in looking for a Volt, as I have been watching them evolve and waiting for the 2012's. I went to 3 local dealerships and Berger wanted to know what they needed to do to sell me the car. I told them there was a $2,000 gap in their offer and they said ok we are not going to lose a sale we'll match, you can pick it up this afternoon. I cleaned out my old 18 mpg vehicle and picked up my new Chevy Volt 3 weeks ago today. I still have a third of a tank of gas left from them filling it up. I joked with Brian when he was filling it up that it did not seem fair that the folks that purchase pickup trucks get about 5 times as much gas. He laughed.

I initally called in to get information on a Chevy Cruze... Scott called me back and was very friendly from the start. Answered all of my questions and was very informative.NOT AT ALL PUSHY :) This was the first New Vehicle we ever got. Scott made out experience at Berger Worthwhile. I would recommend everyone to Berger Chevy. The Sale was smooth and took only a few hours. They Explained everything in detail and we did not in any way feel rushed. Scott was awesome!

We arrived at the dealership about an hour before close. The staff was more than willing to work with us and even stayed past close to make sure all of our needs were met. We love our new truck and would definitely shop there again.

My Review of Berger Chevrolet :
This dealer, and Brian Isch as its representative, made the purchase of a new auto a great experience. My previous experience with Berger in 2003 was not great.
When I met Brian, I explained my experience and he guaranteed me that this would be pleasant. After an initial drive in an Equinox, I told him what options we wanted, he gave me a good price. In checking it out with my USAA car buying service, Berger was at their price. When I mentioned USAA to him, he added the appropriate discount. My trade-in came in at the high end of the range I expected, so we made a deal. When it came time for financing, Andrew Tollzien (Bus Mgr) substantially beat the best rate I had found. I have had my Equinoz for a week, and I look back at a pleasant experinece, with a very good outcome. Thank you Brian and Andrew.

I was looking for a used car, but had no idea I'd be getting such quality treatment. On top of the great price I received for my vehicle, I was shocked at how friendly and helpful the sales consultant was. He waited in the snow and wind patiently while I browsed the different cars, and answered every one of my questions, even the stupid ones, politely and promptly. I was helped with every step of the process, and he went out of his way to make things as convenient for me as he could. I couldn't recommend another dealer, or sales consultant, more highly. I am definitely returning for my next vehicle, but considering how great the condition was on the car I bought, that probably won't be for a while!
