My experience at Berger Chevrolet was beyond wonderful. Everyone there was extremely helpful. They were very polite and did everything they could to help us with what we needed. They put everything together quickly and did a fantastic job. I love my new car and I will definitely recommend this dealership to others that are looking at purchasing a new car. My family and I have been buying cars from Berger for more than 25 years. I always had a great experience with Berger Chevrolet. They make you feel like a real valued customer. My family and I had purchased 2 vehicles from Berger Chevrolet once again within a years time. We had a great salesman named Nelson Storre. My wife and I came into the dealership to look at and potentially purchase a new Traverse. We ended up working with Mr. Isch who was a pleasure to deal with. Nelson was very warm and friendly throughout the entire experience. He was very informative about the features on the car and helped us set up bluetooth. He answered all of our questions with knowledge and understanding. He was great at small talk while we waited for financing and was successful at giving us a deal we could afford. I would recommend Nelson to any friend or family member looking for a car. He was awesome!

When my father's car was totaled in an accident, we had a limited budget and very specific requirements for a replacement vehicle. Other dealerships tried to upsell and didn't really listen to our needs. Nelson Storre took the time to listen to our needs, walked me right to the perfect vehicle, and even drove the car to my father's apartment to sign the paperwork because getting out in the bad weather was too much for his fragile health. I was looking for a new truck to replace my car! Nelson Storre came to my rescue. He was able to accommodate all of my requests for my new vehicle. After only spending a minimal amount of time with Nelson , I felt like we had known each other for years and he had my best interests at heart when purchasing a new vehicle. I loved working with Nelson Storre!!! I told him what I was looking for and he put me in the perfect car! He was very knowledgeable
and answers questions any time I have them. He continues to serve his customers with emails, etc even
after the sale is final. We will be in the market for another car for my husband soon, and won't go to anyone

We purchased a new 2013 cruze on-line from berger chevrolet. Both the wife and myself prefer Berger Chevrolet over the other dealerships in West Michigan. The salesmans name we dealt with is Brian Isch. We would recommend both the salesman and the dealership, they are the best and the most professional in our humble opinion. I had decided that I wanted to check out new cars during the summer. I was feeling a little iffy on making my big purchase! Nelson did not give up on me! I decided to go in to look at new cars again in December when they were doing a cash for clunkers deal. Nelson did everything he could to accommodate me with my purchase. Everything was explained in detail to me. I got exactly what I wanted!
