Hi,

I recently purchase AUDI Q7 from Bernardi Audi and the sale consultant Fabio De Oliveira helped me on this purchase. i would highly recommend him as he iis very friendly and patient explaining features of new Audi Q7. this dealer ship gave me best rate and also Fabio did not hide anything , gave me final price including all costs. some dealers always try to put other costs on top of price we negotiate. from the beginning I was asking for total price including all hidden costs and this dealer ship stick to that. and also helped me getting finance. Fabio is best sale consutant I ever worked with in my all purchases of cars.

My Review Of Bernardi Audi:

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. I admit it; I tend to be a bit hard to please. The folks at Bernardi far, far exceeded my expectations. I took my wife's car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and, having been so impressed with their service department, ended up buying a fantastic pre-owned S4 for myself. They gave me blue book value for my trade and I got my new car at a very fair price. Mark was fantastic in going over the vehicle's (many) features and flawlessly preparing the paperwork. I left with a nicely detailed car which looks brand new, a full tank of gas, and a big smile.

I am convinced these guys will do whatever it takes to earn your business and trust.

My Review Of Bernardi Audi:

I recently purchased a 2013 Q5 from Bernardi and worked with Max Serrao. This was my first time purchasing a car without my dad or husband's help so I was a little weary, I haven't had the best experiences in the past. Max was extremely professional and made the entire process quick and painless. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford and he made it happen without wasting my time. He picked up that I was serious and got right to business, which I really appreciated. I shopped around a little bit so I can say with authority my experience would not have been the same somewhere else. I highly recommend Bernardi and working with Max Serrao.

My Review Of Bernardi Audi:

I am a long time customer. I stopped by today and had a 'wow' experience. One of my Audi A4 keys died. Without an appointment, I stopped by today. I was immediately assisted by an associate located just inside the door. I asked if he could help me out with the key. He walked me over to the parts desk for a new battery. The gentleman at the parts desk waited on me, generously handing me a complementary new battery. I walked back to the original area. The associate took the new battery, replaced the old battery and synced it up with the car. I went to reach for my credit card but the associate said there was no charge. The total time elapsed from the time I arrived could not have been more than 5 minutes. Unbelievable! And everyone went out of their way to help me out in the most professional way. And then to be told there was no charge - how could the experience be any better! The Audi service team truly blew me away! You just don't find that kind of service anywhere.

I had given my car to my daughter, so I was in the market to buy. My husband and I had gone to another dealership, and they never got back to us. I felt they weren't taking us seriously. Jon was great. We walked in unannounced, and he worked with us to make it happen. I rode away in a beautiful A5. Thank you, Jon!

My Review Of Bernardi Audi:

I had my first expierence buying a certified pre-owned car. I met Jon and he was not aggressive, easy to work with and helped my find the car that was a good fit for me and my price range. They only had one key and he helped find me another spare key and called me and had them program it right away. Quick and easy. Overall a great expierence and would tell friends to check this place out.

Ive never had such an easy experience buying a new vehicle. Their knowledge and experience was so helpful. They were upfront and honest from the first time I walked in. I shopped around at other dealers and ended up just wasting my time. They had the best deal from the first time I walked in the door. They made me feel more comfortable from the start than any other dealer. I look forward to many years working with them.

Dealership staff was friendly and welcoming. Jon Miranda was great- personable, knowledgeable, answered every question directly and when asked he shared his personal opinion. By the end of this positive experience I felt I had made a relationship with Jon and the dealership. After purchasing the car, as I was learning all the bells and whistles in the A6, I relied on Jon’s assistance. He was endlessly patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Jon and the dealership. The car is amazing!

I had a great experience at Bernardi Audi. Jon was helpful answering my *many* questions via email and always providing answers really promptly and completely. He was not pushy but instead helped me navigate decision-making as I wavered between A3, A4, Q5 and pre-owned v. new. Other employees were also helpful and nice. It was a positive experience overall!
