My Review of Bernardi Audi:
Very repsonive and fair with new car sales and trade ins. Bobby is a recent college grad yet he knows the product. The management team was very responive and they made buying a care easy. The experience was very good so far and I want to recomend them. I have not tried service yet.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
I purchased my first Audi, a 2009 A6, from Bernardi last month. The entire customer experience was as satisfying as buying a car can be. The salesman, Dan Tonel, was conscientious throughout the process and knew the product. He was not overly pushy, but was interested in making a sale. In a geographic area with plenty of nearby dealer options, I would return to Bernardi and Dan again.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
I am a first-time car buyer, and was apprehensive about this potentially daunting process. I was looking for an Audi A4 with a particular hard-to-find configuration (A4 S-line with manual transmission). I was about to give up and purchase a similarly-configured car from another manufacturer when I came across the model I was looking for on the Bernardi Audi website. I scheduled an appointment for a test-drive and met Bobby from Sales at the dealership. He was very cordial, informative and enthusiastic, and agreed to let me test-drive my car of interest although it was on the showroom floor and had a manual transmission. He introduced me to Steve, the manager, who I found to be a very straightforward and honest person. Although I found them to be somewhat unwilling to lower their prices, the car was very attractively priced from the start and Kent from finance worked with me to receive a very good APR although I was a first-time car buyer. After we closed the sale, I needed my car in a time-sensitive manner and Bobby was instrumental in making sure that my car went through the service department and was delivered in a timely fashion as we had arranged. (I spoke with the foreman of the service department and he was also very direct, honest and informative).

I had been to a few different dealers before I made my purchase at Bernardi, and I found them to put less pressure on the customer than some, and more informative and friendly than others. Overall I had an excellent experience and will remember the Bernardi team in the future for maintenance and vehicle purchases.

Thanks Jarofchris! I'll admit in this day and age all cars will get you from point A to point B safely. And so, like you said, you would have bought an alternative brand if need be. Well, we know that! And that is why we do our VERY BEST to seperate ourselves from the pack by making ourselves the place where one WANTS to do business. This is my second purchase from Bernardi. I've found them to be accomodating, professional, and reasonably priced. My vehicles have always been serviced and ready for pick-up at the agreed upon time. The sales staff is knowledgable and Dan did a great job in locating the vehicle I wanted and assisting with the financing.

Diego and Dan are an exceptional sales team: honest, trustworthy and nice. They ask what you want, then they overdeliver. Neither one is pushy or too aggressive. Dan Tonel made my first experience of buying a used car a very pleasant one. He let the car and it's features speak for itself and was never pushy or demanding at all. Kent Dermarderosian provided clear and thorough explanation of various financing options, comparing rates from various lenders. Thanks Buddy20! It's actually quite easy for us to let our cars do their own talking because we literally hand-pick all of them! Our Certified Pre-Owned cars include a Best-in-Class 300-point check and an additional 2yr/100,000 mile warranty above the Factory Warranty! Then, there are our non-certified cars. Our experience at this dealership was great. Steve Ross worked with us in a timely and efficient manner. He is easy to deal with and quite knowledgeable. Having a loaner call was terrific. In addition, having that loaner car being an Audi, made us consider other vehciles. I've always wondered why all dealers don't have loaner cars be their own brand. That's the best way of giving people the driving experience of your other products. Great idea!

I took delivery of my new A5 last week -- and I am delighted with my choice of new car and the purchasing experience provided by Bernardi Audi.

The folks at Bernardi with whom I had contact, beginning with Diego and including Steve Shenouda, Dave and Kent in Finance, and the dealership's manager, Bob Grelotti, who took the time to spend a few minutes with me, all were very friendly and professional. There was a delay in delivery of the car that was beyond the dealership's control. The dealership -- and Diego personnally -- went out of their way to expedite the process.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bernardi Audi to anyone.
