My Review of Bernardi Audi:
I had my Audi in recently for a 60,000 mile check-up and found
the service department to be friendly. When Steve explained what would be done,
he explained it well. Also, when I picked up the car, I had a question, in which another gentlemen in the
service department went out of his way to help answer. I have never owned an Audi, and I would by an Audi again because of the wonderful experience I have had with the Natick Audi service department.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
The service and support I recieved from this dealership concerning the recent service I had done to my Audi was well above my expectations. The dealership was accommodating in so many ways and the people were very friendly. Since my car was under repair, it was very thourough of them to make sure all my maintenance was up to date so that I would not have to bring my car in more than once. Thank you so much (especially Steve) for making the experience a pleasure and carting me to Concord for work!

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
I own a 2006 A4 and was having a problem with paint coming off the center caps on the wheels that cover the lug nuts. The silver paint came off completely down to the yellow primer in some of the areas. I was furious when this occurred considering the car was not even quite 2 years old and I was worried the dealer would try to figure out a way of making me pay for the replacement of all four which are $53 each. I brought the car in for inspection and to my surprise, the Service Manager, Christine took one look at them and told me she would take care of it without any further issue even though it was not a warranty item. Kevin Greene was also very helpful throughout the process. The dealer only had 3/4 in stock. They replaced 3 and agreed to ship the other one to my home address at no charge as I live down in the South Shore and it would not have been convenient for me to drive back up to Natick. It was nice to have a dealership handle this issue with the overall client delight experience being top priorty. I have no doubt that many other dealers would have looked past future business for many years to come and had me absorb the $212 replacement. Some dealers claim to put the client first, but many fall short of this promise when actually tested. When my lease is up next year, I will definitely get my next car from them again. Although Bernardi is not the closest Audi dealership to my home, I believe they are worth the trip to get outstanding service. Looking forward to the all-new 2009 A4.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
I have always hated the process of buying a car. Before I went into the dealership I called and spoke with TJ. He made me feel very comfortable, more like a person than a reason to make a profit.
When I got to the dealership he put me in touch with Kevin McCarthy. I felt through the whole process that Kevin was knowledgabe, polite and HONEST! When I was in a quandry about 4wd vs. front wheel, which would have required my purchasing a more expensive car, they did not push the higher priced vehicle. We weighed the pluses and minuses together and decided front wheel drive would serve my purposes. That was refreshing. I have always felt car dealers try to get me to buy more car than I want or need. They also notified me of an incentive they had received on a couple of cars which would save me additional money.
When I dropped off my old car, Kevin came and picked me up so that I could pick up my audi. I have never had a sales person go over the car so thoroughly upon pick-up. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and the Bernardi experience.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
Having been an Audi owner for over a decade I know that routine maintenance is essential. From providing me with a loaner car, to informing me of the services performed, Irving took great care of me. I years past I was always skeptical of the higher prices dealers often carried, but the Audi Care that is included with my lease that hasn't been a problem for me. I've been going to Bernardi for several years and they are getting better and better.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
When I first reviewed the previous entries, I was a bit concerned about taking my A8 in for routine service. I am a recent transplant from DC and Bernardi was close by. I have to tell you, I've never had a better car dealership experience in my life. I have owned a handful of luxury brand cars and I love my A8. My recent visit was spectacular. The Service Manager, Christine was extremely knowledgable about the brand and actually cared (she thanked me for coming in and asked if the advisor answered all of my questions). My advisor George was very professional and communicated with me the whole step of the way. They had the car for a day and I was given an Audi loaner even though I didn't buy my car from them. Every employee that I encountered was polite and extremely nice - George was busy on the phone when I arrived for my car but Kevin was more than happy to help me. These days we all forget (even in my business) that the people are the greatest asset. Bernardi has figured that out. They have this saying "Bernardi for now and Bernardi for Life". So far they got me. Well done.

Thank you for taking the time to write the words you did. I've been with the Bernardi group for almost 28 years, although only recently at the Audi store. Over that time, it's been increasingly difficult to find "car" people to work. We made a conscious decision to find "people" people and teach them the technical aspect of the automobile business. My Review of Bernardi Audi:
had to buy a car on short notice as a result of prior car having a major failure. i ended up trading my old car in on a used audi a6. i thought the entire team did a great job handling what was a difficult situation. upon pickup the replacement car was in excellent condition and they sales people went to great lengths to make sure that i was fully comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership. i had not previously bought a car from this dealership, but plan to buy additional cars from them in the future.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
Reading some of the other reviews was alarming. However my first experience with Bernardi Audi was exceptional. Kevin in service was responsive and friendly. He readily sought information that wasn't readily clear on the work report. Colleen was very helpful in getting me in quick to fix the car. I brought my barely still under warranty Allroad in to fix oil leaks. They went the extra mile to make sure they found any and all leaks. There were three pages of notes, all at no charge. Then they picked up cost of the rental car that I had already agreed to pay for since they had kept the car for two days. Waiting area was great, especially the high-end hot chocolate.

My Review of Bernardi Audi:
Steve Ross is great, friendly and easy to work with, he always gets back to me. I can always get appointments when I need them, even at the last minute. I also get service reminder calls which is helpful. Now that my car is out of warrenty, I feel it is more expensive than other service options but the quality and excellent service makes it worth it.
