My Review of Bernardi Honda:
The price is often higher than I wish to pay, however the service was good and I want to use Honda parts. Therefore I went with the dealership to have this work done. There is nothing more to add to this and I am trying to get to 250 characters so I can send this off.

Mark Saraceno and Joel Richards,
It has been suggested to me that I contact either of you to consider the price that I was charged for the belt that was recently replaced in my 2004 Honda Accord. Are you able to make any adjustment so it is more reasonable? My car is over 95,000 miles and I am hesitant to put too much money into it as I might be considering replacing it within 6 months.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Ridgeline RTL from Bernardi. New car purchases can be complicated, especially with price negotiating, dealing with trade in values and working to get the exact car you are looking for. Also, purchasing a 2009 Ridgeline is difficult at this time of year due to their limited availability and good pricepoint. Bernardi found the exact vehicle I wanted at a price that met my expectations. Although every car transactions has a few hiccups along the way, Bernardi came through and delivered my vehicle per my expectations. My initial emails and calls to Bernardi were answered by Jessie Welsh who had a genuinely refreshing attitude that made me decide to visit Bernardi and see what they can do. Muhammed was helpful in coordinating my primary requirements. Scott Wells helped close the deal and tie up a few loose ends. Overall, I believe Bernardi is a professional company that understands the customer and, in the end, seeks to make the transaction right.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
Once again Bernardi Honda was above and beyond great! I had a minor problem with the wiper on the back of my Odyssey. I was nearby so I swung in to make an appointment to get it looked at. They told me to step out of the car and took it into service without an appointment!!!!! They fixed it free of charge and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes! Talk about great customer service!!! I would never go anywhere else for service on my Honda. I also recommend them to all my friends and family.

Let me say that I will NEVER go anywhere but to Bernardi Honda for service. My car is well beyond its warranty and I had a repair that was going to be quite costly for me. My guy-Bob Gaza made a call to American HOnda and got the repair covered by a "goodwill" repair- I have no idea what it means, but I know this I only paid for part of it! I was happy to pay for my rental that day since they were saving me money! Bernardi is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and putting the customer first and prices second! Thanks Bob!

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
Tim mcgilvray is a man who considers customers a waste of time, and thats what he told us. To give you a brief on the story, here is how it goes. Dealer A located 18 miles from my house promised to close the deal at $17100 for a Civic '09. Whereas Bernadi had quoted a final of 18300 the same morning. So, we did the obvious of choosing to visit Dealer A. Just about the time we left from home, the sales guy who was working with us that morning from Bernadi called and promised to beat the deal offered by Dealer A. Being prudent to save on gas we went to Bernadi when the sales guy began to negotiate the deal instead of offering what he had promised us. The back and forths on his word brought Mr.Snob (read Tim mcgilvray) into the scene. We had to mention that if not for their false promises we would not have wasted on gas and drove those miles to the store and Mr.Snob here had to call us a "waste of his time". Really, is that how it goes. In this economy people who are trying to give you a business get to be called waste of time seemed like a comment more oriented on racial aspects. Not a place worth trusting. Especially with this man around, stay away.

I have reviewed your circumstances step by step with the sales team at Bernardi Honda, in an effort to prevent such behavior from recurring. My Review of Bernardi Honda:
My wife and I recently bought a new 2009 CR-V from Mohammed Ali and had a pleasant experience. We visited and test drove the model we wanted and later solicited a quote from several area dealers. Mohammed sought to match other dealer quotes and was willing to put his best quote in writing.

When we arrived to buy Mohammed met our quoted price as expected; there was minimal shifitng in terms of the price we had agreed to over the phone (no hidden or undisclosed fees). Our new car was ready within 2 days with all of the options we chose installed, including mats, fog lights, etc. Also, Bernardi handled the insurance transfer, registration and inspection processes well so there was minimal inconvenience in terms of trading in our old car and taking home our new one.

Overall I would recommend Bernardi and Mohammed in particular. Like all dealerships there was some up-selling and what felt like a lot of wasted time, but in general I thought Bernardi did a good job of providing my wife and I what we needed.

Mr. Muhammad Ali's service is great, his friendly, professional manner is great to work with. I bought my 1999 CR-V, 2005 Pilot and 2009 CR-V from Muhammad, each time we need a new car, we'll go to Bernardi and ask for Muhammand. The night we pick up the car, Mr. Ali had everything ready, when I drove away, I know I had make the right decision again. I am gladly recommend Bernardi Honda and Muhammad Ali to my family and friends.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
This dealership always treats me exceptionally well. I am always able to get an appointment when I want one. I am greeted when I arrive by a service professional that is friendly and knows the right process for check-in. They answer all my questions and are able to quickly review my maintenance history to determine the correct and comprehensive service plan -- but they do not "up sell me." They have a very nice waiting / business center with wireless internet, coffee, water, fruit, etc. It is clean and well maintained.

When my car is ready, a service person comes to tell me and provides an accurate invoice/ maintenance record. It is always accurate. The cashier is prompt and provides my receipt and maintenance record.

My car is always waiting for me in the drive through area -- there is never a problem. I actually enjoy taking my car for service!
