My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I am writing to let you know of my experiences dealing with Tcheilly Nunes at Bernardi Honda in Natick, MA.
We had previously had been driving a Saab 97x and where looking for something more suitable for our needs and had decided on the 2009 Honda Pilot. We took a deep breath and took the plunge into what we thought would be another typical sales process – but how wrong could we be?
From the moment we drove into the dealership we could not be anymore happy with the service, the attention, the care, the professional attitude and the whole experience we have encountered in the that time.
Tcheilly is one of the best sales associates that we encountered he has been completely fantastic, in total contrast to any dealership I have ever been to in the past to that point. Tcheilly must be congratulated for creating a relaxed and friendly environment where all the stress has been taken away from buying a new car. He is not your regular, pushy, obnoxious sales person, there was no chasing around the forecourt trying to close a deal before you have had chance to even look at a vehicle – in fact the complete total opposite. He greeted us with a warm friendly smile, but only once we had walked into the showroom and we were ready to begin talking about the Pilot.
I can honestly say that between myself and my wife we have owned BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Saab, Chevrolet, Citroen, Peugot, and Nissan vehicles both here in the USA and in Europe and we have never once had the level of customer care, we experienced with Tcheilly Nunes
at the Bernardi Dealership.
Tcheilly was (is) a sheer pleasure to deal with. He has all of the attributes that make an outstanding sales person. He was polite and attentive to our needs, he was open and honest at every step of the process. His knowledge of the vehicle was only surpassed at his outstanding attention to detail on the test drive and he went over EVERY detail of the Pilot to ensure that when we knew all the fantastic features of the 2009 Honda Pilot. (WHO DOES THAT???)
We were unable to purchase the vehicle with Bernardi, but this was nothing to do with Techeilly, but with the Saab vehicle we had to trade. We have in our opinion found the experience what we believe every car buying customer should experience.
If you go to this dealership ASK FOR TCHEILLY!!!!!!
