My Review of Bernardi Honda:
Brian handled our service issue very quickly - SRS indicator light was on continuously, they found out it was a malfunctioning seatbelt. Brian ordered a new one, it came in the next day, made another appt. a couple days later and it was installed in under an hour. He is friendly, professional - and the seatbelt was covered under warranty, which made it even better.

Thank you for making the experience very smooth and positive!

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
Bernardi was just wonderful. From the moment we began internet shopping with Brian Gibson until we closed the deal with Dan and Dave everything went wonderfully. Brian even took the time to e-mail us at midnight on a Saturday night. Dan's smiling face and cheerful demeanor were a perfect match for us. He took time to ask us questions and really make sure we got the right car for us. I loved the casual,no-pressure attitude at Bernardi. The sales team were wearing blue Bernardi golf shirts and khaki pants, which was so much more relaxed for us than other dealerships who wore suits and silk ties. We felt right at home. During the test drive, Dan showed us so many features about the Honda Accord...this is our first Honda after years of driving Fords. Then, came deal making time...and Dave appeared with another great smile and positive attitude. We kidded around until we arrived at a price that satisfied all of us. Pretty easy! We had shopped two other dealerships in our area, before going 30 miles to Natick and Bernardi Honda, but it was well worth the trip...and we plan to have our new Accord serviced there as well. The facility is clean and everyone we met was polite and respectful. Marlon handled our financing and even called the day of delivery to say he could get us a lower interest rate (2.9). We never would've known that. It was extremely considerate of him to think of us and save us extra money in financing. Corey, the accessory girl, explained all of our available options in a very pleasant way and did not pressure us at all. We did end up with the body side molding and splash guards. Her presentation was quick and informative. I must say that we are very impressed with Bernardi and will tell our friends that is the place to shop for a Honda. We will continue to drive 30 miles to visit Bernardi and check out the service department. I give Bernardi an A+ from start to finish.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
From the get go Tcheilly was a pleasure. He immedeiately made a connection with me in a very engaging and personal manner. I was extremely comfortable and felt no pressure of any kind to buy a vehicle. He answered my questions with honest and authentic responses. The entire experience was professional and smooth, from an immediate test drive and discussion to the temperature of my bottled water I was given as a refresher. Outstanding! I spent some time with Tcheilly on a Tuesday and then was back on Thursday to try different vehicle and make a purchase. He kept me informed of a new vehicle arrival with a phone message and an email on wednesday and was very accomodating in setting up a meeting for the Thursday. He even called me on his day off the Friday after I made the purchase to check in. Good stuff! I would recommend the Tcheilly to anyone as well as the entire Bernardi Natick staff. Bravo!

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I am writing to let you know of my experiences dealing with Tcheilly Nunes at Bernardi Honda in Natick, MA.
We had previously had been driving a Saab 97x and where looking for something more suitable for our needs and had decided on the 2009 Honda Pilot. We took a deep breath and took the plunge into what we thought would be another typical sales process –  but how wrong could we be?

From the moment we drove into the dealership we could not be anymore happy with the service, the attention, the care, the professional attitude and the whole experience we have encountered in the that time.
Tcheilly is one of the best sales associates that we encountered he has been completely fantastic, in total contrast to any dealership I have ever been to in the past to that point. Tcheilly must be congratulated for creating a relaxed and friendly environment where all the stress has been taken away from buying a new car. He is not your regular, pushy, obnoxious sales person, there was no chasing around the forecourt trying to close a deal before you have had chance to even look at a vehicle – in fact the complete total opposite. He greeted us with a warm friendly smile, but only once we had walked into the showroom and we were ready to begin talking about the Pilot.

I can honestly say that between myself and my wife  we have owned BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Saab, Chevrolet, Citroen, Peugot, and Nissan vehicles both here in the USA and in Europe and we have never once had the level of customer care, we experienced with Tcheilly Nunes
at the Bernardi Dealership.

Tcheilly was (is) a sheer pleasure to deal with. He has all of the attributes that make an outstanding sales person. He was polite and attentive to our needs, he was open and honest at every step of the process. His knowledge of the vehicle was only surpassed at his outstanding attention to detail on the test drive and he went over EVERY detail of the Pilot to ensure that when we knew all the fantastic features of the 2009 Honda Pilot. (WHO DOES THAT???)

We were unable to purchase the vehicle with Bernardi, but this was nothing to do with Techeilly, but with the Saab vehicle we had to trade. We have in our opinion found  the experience what we believe every car buying customer should experience.

If you go to this dealership ASK FOR TCHEILLY!!!!!!

I was very happy with my experience at Bernardi Honda. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He was very professional while he worked with me and was never pushy. I had recently had a bad experience with another dealership trying to push cars that were out of my price range.They made me sit around for hours and never realy told me what was going on. My salesmen did the opposite. He was very interested in all of my wants and needs and always was very clear on the steps that needed to be taken. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a smooth and easy Honda purchase.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I was treated great. This is why I bought from Bernardi Honda. I never felt pressured. All my questions were answered honestly. I checked out several other Honda dealers before I bought my Accord. Bernardi Honda price was about $200 higher than Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro. Prime Honda and Commonwealth Honda were more. But after hearing all the car bull I deceided to buy from Bernardi Honda. This is my first Honda.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I have hated buying cars in the past. The experience was usually always unpleasant. I've driven away with a new vehicle not feeling particularly good about the whole process. NOT ANYMORE. My experience with Bernardi Honda over the last few weeks was amazing. Truly. It was the first time I bought a car via the internet. I was please with every step along the way including price negotiation of my 2008 Honda CRV-EXL.
In particular the salesman I was assigned was the best I've ever had. His name is Tcheilly Nunes and I would suggest him to anyone who wanted to be treated with the upmost respect, courtesy and best customer service. He is amazing and the main reason I'll return to Bernardi when I'm ready to buy another vehicle.

There initially was a miscommunication with my service counselor but it was swiftly resolved. I felt that I was valued and cared for as a long time and faithful customer at Bernardi Honda as the service manager personally involved himself to ensure that the matter was settled to my satisfaction. Even with fuel prices sky rocketing, I did not mind paying for the high standards of service.

Went to Bernardi Honda for service on my Honda CRV. Matt was helpful in recommending what needed to be done. I needed to stay at the dealership and wait while they did repairs. Bernardi has a place where I could work and make phone calls. My car was fixed sooner than expected. When it becomes time to buy my next car. I'm going to Bernardi Honda.
