My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I traded in my 2001 Honda Odyssey for a used 06 Odyssey last month. I found Joe Donnell very easy to work with. He's not pushy and really answered my questions carefully. He was always easy to get ahold of on the phone and took care of the transaction in a timely manner. I'm really pleased with my whole experience so far.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I received a promotion in the mail a few weeks ago from Bernardi's Honda. On Saturday September 27, 2008 I went to the dealership to see if I could get into a smaller car with better gas mileage. I had been driving a 2005 Pilot which I had bought from Bernardi's. Janet Whalen had helped me in previous years so I looked for her when I went this time. Janet Whalen always greets you with a smile and is willing to help with any questions I had. Janet and Jon Kent jumped through hoops to make it possible for me to be able to drive away in a 2009 Honda Civic. I just want to say that Bernardi's Honda and the Honda Coorporation are very lucky to have Janet and Jon working for them. I can't say enough about how both of them treated me and worked with me to make this deal come true. I also would like to thank Michael Pacheo for also taking time out of his busy schedule to help me. In closing, my new car is beautiful and it is all due to Janet and Jon. THANK YOU JANET & JON!!!!!! See you in three years.

Very helpful polite didn't push the sale courteous -would buy a car here again.
Car was excellent, salesman was polite and to the point. He spoke truthfully about the product and wouldn't push the sale. Would recommend this store to anybody...would buy a car here again

I experienced some problems with the car in the initial period itself
Otherwise dealer is good in explaning details of the car, features, test rides and financing options

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
I was very impressed by my experience with Bernardi Honda. I went in there to lease a new vehicle (2009 Honda Accord). I typically can't stand car dealerships so I went in there expecting a pushy salesman and unbending finance team. Instead, they took care of me and helped me find something that I could afford and that worked for my budget. I went in ready to fight and left feeling great about the experience. I'd recommend anyone to give Bernardi Honda a shot. I can't speak for all of their sales people, but I know that Mark Singh was great to work with.

My Review of Bernardi Honda:
After going to another dealership the day prior, I was frustrated with the process and was content in keeping my car due to poor customer service there. After speaking to Bruce Gibson and being honest and upfront he truly wanted my business and made an appointment the next day. He set me up with Jeff Pappas who made the whole experience more worthwhile, they were fair and honest. I got the price as requested and gave me good value for my trade. For customer service I rate them top notch, all employees are friendly, even if they are not dealing with you. I highly recommend especially if you want to be treated fair and well.

Bobby was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more. Bernardi employees are always great to deal with on the phone too. They had a special which gave me a free one-day rental with the service of over $300, so my time was well used. Overall, no problems, which is a pleasure.
