Absolutely dreadful customer service. A very rude and arrogant salesperson. Seemed completely uninterested in my business. Could not be bothered to answer the simplest question on pricing. Avoid this dealership if you expect to be treated with any respect at all.

My Review of Bert Smith Automotive:
I stopped doing business with the dealership last month, 5 years and 4 BMWs later,as have a few of my colleagues. Since Nadar the Service Manager resigned, they keep replacing one manager after another and these new guys just don't have Nadar's technical knowledge and customer handling abilities and simply just cannot get it right anymore.
Same goes for the Sales Dept. since Rich left.
The place has gone downhill since they replaced Mark Cobb whom I followed over from Reeves.
Employees all seem really miserable too.

Mr.Smith, its time to wake up and come downstairs,your ship is sinking!

Worst customer service I have every experienced...on any product I have every owned in my 53 years. They had my car in for service for 31 days (took them 3 visits and 4 phone calls from me just to get a loaner (Chrysler) after 7 days. I got the royal treatment alright...the royal run-a-round! When car was finally "repaired"??? car came back with filthy interior! "The Ultimate Driving Machine"...yeah right! You boys need a new slogan.

My Review of Bert Smith Automotive:
I ordered a 650i in October. It was nothing special, the only thing it had on it was an automatic transmission. I tracked it almost every week online and realized that the one that they had ordered was a manual. I called them back (this was in november) and they said they had sent me a letter. I had never recieved a letter, and they gave me a *new* production number. I tried calling rich 5 times and he would never call me back, and always had someone else call me. Finally I talked to the manager, Mark and canceled my order and went to Reeves. I would definately not recommend Bert Smith if it was the last dealership on the planet!!
