My Review of Best Ford:
We went to this dealership and test drove the 2008 Ford Taurus. I fell in love with the car but not the colors they had available. I asked if they could find a color I was interested in and they seemed more then happy to do so. Since then I have placed several calls that have not been returned for no other reason then 'they are busy'. Markus the manager has also not returned any of my phone calls. With a manager like this no wonder the sales team is a bunch of slackers. This a gauranteed sale! I am now dealing with a dealer who is farther away but it doesn't matter as customer service is much more important to me.

My Review of Best Ford:
Best Ford is close to me (eventhough it is not where I bought my Expedition). Had the Expy in for an oil change and at the same time I asked them to look at the rear window wiper which was not working. They told me that the motor was burned out and it would cost ~
$500 to replace. Well, I lifted up the rear window (tailgate still down) to see the motor cam, turned on the wiper and the motor/cam worked properly. Turns out the wiper assembly just needed to be "unfrozen" which I did myself. At the very least this mis-diagnosis was incompetance, at worst it was down-right fraud. BEWARE!

My Review of Best Ford:
Recently moved and looking for a new dealer to take my Mustang for inspection and regular maintenance. Asked specifically to check a few items as I am at 100K miles. Was told that everything was in good condition, passed NH inspection. Started car in their parking lot and exhaust sounded awful. Called back (was late in day when I picked up car) to ask if anything happened during inspection and if they can look at my exhaust system as it sounded completely different when I dropped it off. Exhaust was looked at and was told it was rotting and leaking and needed to be replaced from the Y-pipe back. No explaination as to the change in condition from "good condition" to "rotting" during the time of a service appointment other than normal wear and tear. They were completely unwilling to accept that this happened while the vehicle was in their care and and still gave a full cost estimate to repair the damage they caused.
