Vadim is amazing. He is in the Internet Sales Dept. and gave me a great offer up front - no nonsense. His price was better than the other dealerships I tried which surprised me given the "Beverly Hills" address. Anyway, great deals with great service. Can't beat it.

This dealership is probably the worst I have ever been to, they have all the fluff to make themselves look high-end but when it comes to real service and standing behind the product they run the other way, I had a problem with brakes that was purely due to their own production problem and while they admitted to being a problem they have, they wanted me to pay over $800 to fix their problem, needless to say I refused, everyone was rude and wouldn’t take responsibility, don’t go there, furthermore I am NOT getting another Mercedes, I believe Lexus has better service and stand behind their product

I am now on my 3rd time trying to have an "ESP" light fixed. The dealer does not know what the problem is, they have refused to provide a loan car while they figure out what the problem is and finally, when the car was delivered to me they forgot to install a trunk panel. When I went back to the dealer to reinstall the part no one did and I had to install it myself. The problem on the car is still not fixed.

The &quot;M&quot; class lost all of the steering oil at 65 miles on the highway! shortly afterwards, we received a generic letter from Mercedes Benz 'alerting' us to the steering 'problem' with this type of vehicle.<br>4 visits to the service dept. later, the problem persists, while MBZ of Beverly Hills refused to buy the car back from the lease, though only 4 months remained on the 48 month-long lease, so they dismissed us with 3 free months of lease payments which hardly compensates for the year-long agony, and life threatening experiences that we have had to endure.<br>&quot;Engineered like no other car in the world&quot; they say, &quot;Wrong!&quot; we say. You decide for yourself.
