My Review of Bezema Buick Pontac GMC:
After shopping around, we went into Bezema. Not only were they the first dealer to locate the 2009 G8 we wanted, but they found us one in the color and with the options we wanted. Another dealer found us car more expensive options (leather package instead of cloth), telling us to take what they could find us and pay for the difference. Ric at Bezema made the effort to find us the exact car that we wanted and he located it a a dealer in Syracuse. The next business day, the car was on its way to Norwood, MA. We test drove it the following night and drove it off the lot last night. And did I mention the beat the other dealer's price by $1500. When we picked up the car, it was clean and ready to go. Rick took me through all of the options and we were off. I sincerely appreciated that the all the running around including faxing back copies of the plate return receipt to our insurance agent. While their showroom could use an update, the customer service was top notch. I'm looking forward to an equally pleasant service experience.

My Review of Bezema Buick Pontac GMC:
i just purchased a second family vehicle, a new 2009 GMC Acadia, I spent several weeks researching this vehicle. I look not only for the best price but I wanted a Dealership that I could depend on for a future service relationship. The entire staff treated me with respect and they were very fair with my trade in. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

My Review of Bezema Buick Pontac GMC:
We attempted to purchase a 2006 Buick Terraza in early June, requesting that an XM radio be installed. We were told that was no problem, a GM factory installer would be used. We got the run around for the next week, several times trying to get us to take the vehicle before the installation was completed. We were called that the car was ready on a Friday, went to pick it up, wrote a check, but never saw the car, then we were told that the car would not be ready for "several more hours". We requested to void the transaction - someone from the back room came out and almost cried like a baby to please, please, please give them a chance to make good. This could go on for a very long time.... finally on Sat. late afternoon our salesperson called, said the car could not be delivered, we should come and get our plates and check back. We got the plates, but the fun began re: deposit. It is now mid-August. The $500.00 deposit HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. Luckily, we quickly called GM and got our GMCard points re-instated. Recall - we never got the car, but they had also taken the points.

We've never had anything close to a car-buying experience as deviated as this on!

My Review of Bezema Buick Pontac GMC:
Grea tthat they have a rating service now. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. When I purchased my Denali from them I made an intiial deposit of $500.00 subject to my being satisfied with my trade-in value for my vehicle for which I diodnp;t have with me at the time of my original deposit(my wife's car was the trade-in car). Well when I got the value report from them and sat down with the sales manager regarding my dis-appointment with that value and I no longer wanted to continue withthe deal he said I would "lose my deposit" at which point I laughed and said it was subkject to my being satisifed with the "Trade-in value".
Having dealt with much sleazy sales pootctehs, etc in the automobile showroom the manger capperd it off when he said that the trade-in was written so as to mean "dealer- trade-in" which is term they use for when they don;t have a customer vehicle on the premises and they trade simlar inventory between the dealerships. That was a pretty "sleazy" tactic I thought and vowed I would never buy a car from them again and would share my story. Needless to sday afetr some more negoitiating I was able to obtain a more desirable fair trade-in value for my vehicle and did purchase the car(we wanted the car anyway). HAd this not occuirrd then I felt that I would have had to go to court to obtain my initial deposit back....Lesson learned Next time you negotiate a transaction with any Sales person /manager you ned to make "explicit language" as their view of trade-in is differnt than your view of trade-in even though the sleazy sales person understoood that the cusotmer was referring to trade-in figure for their car..

I learned within 1 week that he sales person I interfced to was fired and I belive it had to do with my transaction. Also, I'm in th emarket for a new car(trading in the gas guzzling Denali) and I certainly will not stop by Bezema for any of my business..
