When I got the car back I found they had also fixed a scrape that one of my co-workers put on my car when pulling out of our employee parking lot. I didn't have the scrape when they prepared the estimate. I found my car had been vacuumed when I picked it up, and it looked great inside and out. More

Better Service Then The 'Big Dealers' After my experience at Bezema I have realized that the so claimed 'Big Dealers' like others in the same area, have vehicles and an experience that are After my experience at Bezema I have realized that the so claimed 'Big Dealers' like others in the same area, have vehicles and an experience that are not like the smaller dealers like this one. After checking out some vehicles at Carmax, I left since I got that feeling that I was treated like a number since they had so much other business, and that they do not really care because they dont have to sell you a car. They had a Maxima that I was checking out. Then I went to Bezema, found a Maxima that was the same year, in immaculate condition, and had everything leather navigation while the one at Carmax was a base model and had 10k more miles. The price of the one loaded at Bezema was $15988 and the one with no options and 79k miles instead of 68k and was rough at Carmax was $17200. And after dealing with Jerrry and Morty I realized that I had made the correct decision. Walked out saving thousands and coming out with a nicer lower mileage and also loaded vehicle. And with me having nothing for credit I got unbelievable monthly payments, thought I would walk out paying double of what Jerry got them to. Thanks to Jerry and Morty and will be sending some family members and friends over to see you very soon. Definitely recommend them. More

We went to this dealership to get an idea of what a new SUV may cost us. We have set aside a budget and did not want to go over. We had shopped some other dealerships on the strip, and had no success what so ever. We then stumbled across Bezema. We walked in and noticed they are in the process of renovations and we were a little taken back. But we were able to meet with the manager Jerry and he was simply amazing. He was able to get us a new SUV within our budget and then he did what we thought was impossible. Our other vehicle that we did not trade in he was able to refinance it and lowered our payment by $70 a month. So at the end of the day we left with a new SUV and also redid our other loan and all this in a matter of about an hour. Jerry is amazing and we are so thankful for meeting him. Anyone looking for a vehicle be sure to go and see him. More

Worst experience with Arrogant, disrespectful liars Misrepresentation of a vehicle prompted a 7 hour drive to purchase it. Unprofessional salesmen handed over the keys, pointed out the vehicle and then Misrepresentation of a vehicle prompted a 7 hour drive to purchase it. Unprofessional salesmen handed over the keys, pointed out the vehicle and then promptly disappeared. Upon inspection of the vehicle, there were multiple issues found not disclosed prior to making the trip with check in hand; from body damage that was poorly repaired, to interior damage,, to mechanical problems. An offer was made purely out of courtesy and was declined. What I can only assume to be a manager stepped up and mentioned that the condition of the vehicle was typical for a truck of that size. He then continued to insult anyone who would consider the concept of keeping a large truck in a clean condition before rudely and sarcastically wishing a "safe trip back home". Being frustrated I retorted, "thanks for wasting my time." He then continued to blame me for committing to buy and not (because it was not what was represented). And if that wasn't enough, he cursed and tried to engage me in a physical confrontation. Absolutely the most unprofessional and hands down the worst experience with a vehicle purchase. The arrogant manager should look for a new line of work where there is no customer interaction. Special thanks to the nearby Ford dealership who encouraged me to submit this review. More

Tony came and introduced himself to us. We looked over the Acadia and it seemed in pretty decent shape. After Tony came back he made it crystal clear that he had no intentions on checking out the vehicle that I was going to trade in or even running my credit for the vehicle. It was shown to me that Tony had no interest in doing any type of business with me and could not be bothered. Avoid This dealership at all costs. Will never return to or refer anyone to as well.
