Purchasing the BMW X3 from Bianco Auto Sales was a pleasure. From the first contact over the phone and even better after meeting Ed in person. What a gentleman! very courteous, friendly and professional. We are no exaggerating on mentioning that for us this has been the best experience purchasing a car ever.
Ed was never pushy or misleading, Every thing was clear and he provided helpful guidance and answered all our questions.

In a side note to make the experience even better: Right before we arrived at the dealer location we had a flat tire. To our amazement Ed not repairing in the nice white shirt he was wearing got some tools and changed the flat tire for us.... We do not consider Ed just a car salesman any more, but a friend. What an awesome experience!

I purchased a Mercedes SL55 AMG from Bianco Auto Sales and couldn't be happier with level of service I received. After some back and forth I made an appointment for a test drive and Ed even stayed late on a Wednesday evening to accomodate my schedule. By Saturday morning, I was trading in my SL500 and driving away with the SL55. Frank was a straight shooter during the entire negotiation and once we agreed on a deal, Ed took care of the rest - it was a perfect combination. Bianco Auto Sales is literally a family run business and I think that makes all the difference. Before my family buys another car, we'll be calling Frank and his family, first.

Ed is a gem. He isn't your typical used car salesman and truly understands the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. I shopped around for a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder and finally found one at Bianco Auto Sales. It was love at first sight. Even though I had limited credit, Ed was persistent in his efforts to not only get me approved, but also get me a great interest rate. The process on my end was effortless, much comparable to a sign and drive. The trip from Staten Island to New Rochelle was well worth it, because the quality of every car on their lot is unmatched. I would recommend Bianco Auto Sales to my closest friends for their professionalism and affability.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and was very pleased with both experiences. My first purchase (Infinity)in 2010 was transacted within two days and my most recent purchase (Lexus)in February 2012, took just one day. I stopped by at the dealership and saw the car I wanted. Ed, the sales person, was very polite and helpful, and was very willing to work within my budget.There was no sales pressure, no badgering, no patronizing.

The used cars sold at Bianco are of excellent quality. I have had the Infinity from August 2010 and so far I have had absolutely no issues with the car. Both cars were cleaned and delivered as promised.

I applaud Ed for his courtesy, his knowledge and the very professional manner in which he conducted these transactions. Ed, you've earned a very grateful customer. Thank you!

Overall, this was an excellent used car buying experience. Ed made it very easy to communicate and understood our needs. He was definitely one of the friendliest car salesman I've met and has a great sense of humor! Car buying isn't easy, especially for us women, and you almost always feel vulnerable when the money flies out of your pocket. I really felt that Ed looked out for our best interest. I would definitely recommend Ed and this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I had great experience buying my used Mercedes Benz ML320 from Bianco Auto Sales in New Rochelle, NY.I had contacted few another auto dealers before I got this car and the reasons to buy the car from Bianco are: excellent cars in stock, excellent prices and finally excellent service.From day one I was dealing with Ed.He is a great,friendly and honest person.My deal was not one day deal, I came to Bianco Auto Sales few times, for some reasons I could not make decision at the spot, but Ed had a great patience with me and finally the deal went thru. Ed was great to work with buying my nissan murano. He was incredibly friendly and accomidated the fact that I needed the buying process to be done quick. He gave me a great deal on the car and had me in and out of the dealership within hours with my car ready for pick up the next morning in beautiful clean condition. This was a great car buying process, I was not stressed and did not feel pressured and now I have a beautiful car that runs great and it was bought for a great price.

Great experience! I went in to look at a used car and trade in my vehicle. I spoke to Ed on the phone and went right over to meet with him. He was more than pleasant to deal with and gave me the fairest trade in price for my vehicle, I know because I had been to half a dozen other dealers who all offered me substantially less.
