My Review of Biddulph Mazda:
Had to file complaint with the Attorney General's office to get my refund. I sent an email to the General Manager, Anthony Demarco, complaining about his Finance Director, David Thresher, and his BS(too long a story). Gave him time to respond but he didn't bother. I finally got my refund after the AG's office contacted him. Their explanation was stupid. HELLO! I have a copy of the original contract, they lied. Now another problem popped up after this one regarding useless license plates, filed another complaint but with the BBB who referred it to AUTOCAP who suppose to resolve complaints about dealerships. Still waiting to hear from them. Mr. Demarco didn't bother responding to that one either. He can't be that busy, it's a small dealership. He will send you a thank you letter though if you buy from him, and would be especially grateful if you referred everyone you know who is in the market to buy a car. HAHA! I'm telling everyone I know if you want a Mazda, look for one with a fleet sales department. A used car, look elsewhere. Lastly, a word of caution to that saleskid, Steve Pfeiffer, the next time you think of getting into a potential buyer's car uninvited when they say they'll be back, be careful because it may be your last ride. A sale isn't that important, is it?? Well, maybe it is if it's your bread and butter.
