My Review of Biddulph Mazda:
Several people I know have done business with this dealership (including myself) and it's been a good experience for everyone I've talked to. I find them to be very professional, friendly, and patient.

My Review of Biddulph Mazda:
Had to file complaint with the Attorney General's office to get my refund. I sent an email to the General Manager, Anthony Demarco, complaining about his Finance Director, David Thresher, and his BS(too long a story). Gave him time to respond but he didn't bother. I finally got my refund after the AG's office contacted him. Their explanation was stupid. HELLO! I have a copy of the original contract, they lied. Now another problem popped up after this one regarding useless license plates, filed another complaint but with the BBB who referred it to AUTOCAP who suppose to resolve complaints about dealerships. Still waiting to hear from them. Mr. Demarco didn't bother responding to that one either. He can't be that busy, it's a small dealership. He will send you a thank you letter though if you buy from him, and would be especially grateful if you referred everyone you know who is in the market to buy a car. HAHA! I'm telling everyone I know if you want a Mazda, look for one with a fleet sales department. A used car, look elsewhere. Lastly, a word of caution to that saleskid, Steve Pfeiffer, the next time you think of getting into a potential buyer's car uninvited when they say they'll be back, be careful because it may be your last ride. A sale isn't that important, is it?? Well, maybe it is if it's your bread and butter.

My Review of Biddulph Mazda:
I made an appointment 3 weeks out to make sure the trim guy was going to be there. I dropped off the vehicle the night before the appointment. My major complaint was rattles. They did absolutley nothing. I'm not even sure they drove it. We stopped by the dealership at 2:30 because they closed at 3:00. The advisor said the vehicle was being worked on. Low and behold, as we left the service area we found the car sitting outside. The mechanic stated that its too dificult to hear rattles in the rain. I heard them all the way home. This is my second vehicle bought with this dealer. Its also my last. There are too many other dealerships out there that appreciate the business.
