My Review of Biddulph Mazda:
Bill Lohmyer, was a great guy, very friendly, knowledgable of his vehicles and specs. Did not pressure us into making a snap decision, was very curteous to my wife and I when we stepped out to discuss the options we had, there was no hovering over us waiting for an answer. Bill also took the time to show my wife all the features of her new CX-5 and made sure she knew how to use everything and what every little button did. Defenitley gained a new Mazda customer for life. On the finance side I've had experiences taking hours in the "box" doing finance but Brian was fast and explained everything in detail, also gave some advice about our previous vehicle we traded in. Overall great experience!!!

Great Experience!!! Bill was very knowledgable about his cars. He was very honest and helpful. He was not your typical pushy car salesman. When it came to price, Bill made sure that our deal was something that I was comfortable with. I usually hate buying a car but the staff at Biddulph Mazda made it a very pleasant experience. I will definatley recommend Mr. Lohmeyer to my friends that are looking to buy a car.

KIM WAS VERY NICE AND MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS GREAT. HE WAS HONEST AND MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR. I WENT THERE NOT KNOWING WHAT I WANTED BUT I KNEW I HAD TO GET INTO A CAR SOON. HE SHOWED ME A CAR THAT I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT BUYING BUT AFTER DRIVING THE CAR AND HIM SHOWING ME THE CAR I FELL IN LOVED WITH THE CAR. THE PAYMENTS WAS WHERE WANTED TO BE AND KIM NEVER LIED TO ME LIKE OTHER SALES PERSON IVE MET.THANK YOU KIM.YOU WERE GREAT AND I WILL MAKE SURE I BRING YOU CUSTOMER TO BUY FROM YOU.

My Review of Biddulph Mazda:
We stopped in to look at their used cars and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly. We were assisted by Steve Shimp, he went out of his way to make sure we got the best possible vehicle for the best price. Steve was incredibly friendly and easy to work with and made sure we got out as fast as possible. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Steve, we feel we were treated as people as opposed to a bank account. We will happily do business with him anytime.
