My Review of Big Two Mitsubishi:
I just bought 2 new cars from the best sales person ever. They were very nice, and actually took the time to listen to what I needed. There was no pressure from anyone(sales, manager, finance). And the best thing is I have a fun and reliable Lancer for myself, and my girlfriend got the best SUV around(Outlander). We want everyone to buy from this dealership. They are fair about everything and you get free movie tickets. What else could you want!!!!!!

My Review of Big Two Mitsubishi:
At first I was happy with my vehicle purchase, but after recieving my extended warranty policy from a 3rd party company, I became very mad. I was told by Mike in finance that the extended warranty that I was buying was fully transferable to a new owner. Now I come to find out that an extended warranty on a used vehicle purchase is NOT transferable. I paid $1895 expecting to be able to use it as a selling point if I needed to sell the car before it expired, and save some money if the car does have problems. I now wish to sell the car, and most of the warranty is left, but am unable to transfer it. Also, they lied about how many credit companies they submitted my application to. They told me the 3rd company accepted, but I have recieved at least 6 rejection notices from creditors, so they submitted to twice as many as they said they did.
