My Review of Bigelow Motors:
I am extremely unhappy with my visit. I brought my car in for a recall on the seat bolts so I had them check out my overhead console which wasnt working. I was told I would need a new module which had to be ordered and will be ion the next day. My bill would be $560.00. I said OK and had to rent my car for a 2nd day. I was then called the next day and told that due to a flaw in their system my part didn't come in. I asked them to deduct the 2nd day's rental from my bill, which I wouldn't have had if I was told the part would take longer. They wouldn't give me the credit. Now, as a result, I will not have the work done and I will never go there again. I will also tell everyone I know about my experience and how they treat their customers.
