This was my first car buying experience so I went to multiple dealerships and Rich was the only salesmen that didn't try to push a sale on me as soon as I walked in the door. There is another Mazda dealership that is actually closer to my home but I traveled a little further because of my first visit to Biggers. They also matched a discount that I could have used with other car makers and I feel they gave the best deal possible.

I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. It was great and then decided I also wanted to test drive the CX 5 GT. No problem...when I got back I was offered a bottle of water to drink...amazing! We sat and chatted about the car(s) and options were explained and questions asked. I am now the proud owner of a "Biggers" Mazda CX5 GT! Everyone in this dealership is friendly and anxious to make your car buying a really good experience.

The entire car shopping experience at Biggers Mazda was excellent. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and personable, and I never felt pressured in any way. I worked with Marco Palacios, the internet sales manager exclusively on the deal. He was great to work with and very professional, personable, and highly recommended.

To summarize my car buying experience, I traded in a car for a Mazda after test-driving it twice in the same day (on a Saturday), before finalizing the deal. The negotiation process went great - low pressure, great price, and a fair deal. They did not have the car in the color I wanted, but located one the following Monday and had it delivered to Biggers Mazda that day with no additional fees. I took delivery of the car that evening.

After finalizing the paperwork, Marco went through every detail of the car before I drove away. I was very happy with the delivery process and could not be more satisfied. Having purchased a few new cars over the years, I can honestly say, that my experience at Biggers Mazda was absolutely the best I have had. My overall impression is they really want to make sure the car being considered is the right fit for the customer.

My new Mazda 3 is the third car I have bought through the Biggers dealerships (Two Mazda 3s and a Chevy Cavalier). Each experience gets better. Dealing with Marco this last time was the single best experience I have had with a dealership. They made fair offers and didn't pull the normal stunts when it comes to buying a car. Everything was straight forward and easy. This being the second Mazda I have bought from them, I can also vouch for their service department. They are honest and don't gauge you when it comes time to pay the bill. You can take your car there with confidence. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Biggers Mazda for sales and for service. You can't do any better.

Bigger Mazda in Elgin is the BEST place to purchase a new car ... I originally bought a 2010 Mazda 6 back in 2010 through Marco Palacios and went back recently to purchase a new 2014 Mazda 6. This dealership doesn't pressure you to buy anything or mob you at the door when you walk in. Because of the way they treat me, I would only buy Mazda's and from them only ... The dealership is clean, friendly, and non threatening for car shoppers. I only drive Mazda's and only shop at Biggers because of the way this dealership is. Most honest people in the car industry I have ever dealt with!
