My Review of Bill Collins Ford/CarForce/Nissan:
Having already purchased three new cars, and having great experiences each time we purchased, my wife and I had a high set of expectations when we drove onto the lot of Bill Collins Ford for the first time. We were not "attacked," but we left completely alone, while we walked around the lot, something we greatly appreciate when purchasing new cars. Not until we entered the main showroom were we assisted by an employee, and even then only to answer what questions we had. By far, the employees at Bill Collins Ford are the least pushy and most helpful car dealers with which we have ever dealt. The customer service was amazing, the quality of their staff exceptional, their friendliness warm, the overall experience unusually pleasant for car buying, and the pricing unbeatable (we were given a sizable dealer incentive the day we purchased).
Our new vehicle was completely washed, dried, detailed, and filled with fuel prior to taking possession of it, and we could not have been happier.
I absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Ford in the Louisville market.
