My Review of Bill Dodge Ford:
After driving over 300 miles to the dealership Wyn, the owner, refuses to sell the car to me. The BMW 645CI convertible was supposed to be a surprise Easter Present for my wife. I couldn't believe it. I was even willing to wire transfer the entire MSRP amount into his bank account but he didn't care. Further, he lied that his Sales Manager had an argument with me and used that as justification for not selling the car. This was definitely not the case as confirmed with the Sales Manager who was also in disbelief. The owner was as disengenuous as the Sales Manager was helpful and courteous. The only person who was duped more than me was the poor Sales Manager who still has to work for the guy.<br><br>Even though I've purchased from them in the past I'll never again buy from an organization run by someone who has neither the respect of his fellow workers or repeat customer.<br><br>The general feeling I got was that Wyn was making too much money to care about customer satisfaction.<br><br>Buyer be warned!!
