All salespeople I talked to, were very friendly and willing to help. Josiah was very friendly and very helpful. He sat in car with me when I talked to Onstar and helped me when needed. I am invited to go and ask for him if I have any questions about my new car (Camero) and he will help me.

I usually dread car shopping. Dealing with David and later Aaron made this a trluly enjoyable experience. David was extremely patient and knowledgeable. My overall experience was excellent. The Bill Harris dealership, and Gary Guemalata in particular, were highly recommended by two of my work colleagues. My salesperson (Gary) was very helpful and willing to go the 'extra mile' to help me find the best car for my family. He was willing to accommodate my schedule and help me both find and purchase the right vehicle! The other employees were also helpful and friendly! Highly recommended.

I never felt pressured to buy - and it was, overall, the least stressful auto purchase that I have ever made.

I was very happy with the service I received from Josiah, Brooke & Scott, but was a little disappointed after picking up my vehicle. I couln't believe with the way the weather was (below 0) that it was not suggested to pull both vehicles inside to switch things over, and there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas in it. I didn't even make it to Mifflin before the gas light came on. I was also disappointed that the car was not washed before I picked it up. I test drove it on Tuesday and said that I would take it. Josiah called me on Wednesday & said that everything went through & we set up an appt for Thursday at 4pm to pick it up. I feel there was plenty of time to wash it and put a little gas in it before I came in to fianalize things.

I called ahead to let them know we were coming to look at the new Cadillacs. When we arrived, they brought a CTS and a XTS into the garage for us to look at. Josiah Martin was our sales rep and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of both vehicles. We were so impressed with him! We weren't able to bring the vehicle that we were wanting to trade due to a problem with one of the tires. Josiah drove to our house, changed the tire, and drove the vehicle back to the dealership so that the trade in value could be determined. In our book, that is going over and above in helping us out! We bought the XTS and a tiny hole was found in the leather. It was handled the following week and looks good as new. We will be recommending Bill Harris Dealership to all of our friends and family! The friendliness from the first phone call right through delivery was amazing! Between Josiah, Aaron Harris, Brooke in financing, and Scott Harris who took the time to chat with us, we felt that in all our years of buying cars, this was by far our best experience! I stopped in looking to see what specials they might have for end of the year sales. Rob meet me at the door and showed me a 2012 truck. I liked it but with the extras that I wanted we could not come to a price that I liked. As I was leaving he showed me a 2013 that had all the extras that I wanted for a price that I come live with so I bought it.

We stopped in looking at a used truck. The weather was cold and snowing, Jordan came OUT to see us. After a short conversation he volunteered to pull a new truck inside for us to look over. Then he took the time to put discounts and pricing together for us to look over. After looking over the numbers we were sold on the thought of a new truck.
