I dealt with Bill Harris Dealership in 2008 when I purchased a new Impala. Unfortunately, my 08 Impala met and untimely end when my son had an accident. The car did its job and my son is fine - not so the car. I went back out to Bill Harris and talked with Bob Schuster (who sold me the 2008). I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Everyone goes out of the way to be helpful and give a good "buying" experience.
I bought 2 cars this time - a 2012 Impala to replace my car and a 2009 Impala for my son to drive. This dealership is based on Christian principles and they not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. Kindness, Honesty, Integrity. I guarantee if you go to Bill Harris Dealerships you will be treated exceptionally well.

I couldn't find a dealership, salesman, manager, or vehicle that earned my business more than my experience this week at Bill Harris. I traveled from Columbus to Ashland after an extensive search for a new vehicle, and David made it an easy decision. I will return to he and Jake's expertise and integrity each and every time I'm in the market. I highly recommend this business, and these men.

A very good experience overall. The car had some issues that were not caught by their mechanics, but each issue was fixed and dealt with without any additional charges. I am very happy with my experience and would go back in the future.

Jordan Icenhour was very helpful and patient as our sales person. Aaron Harris provided pricing that was within our budget. In addition the financial person was very detailed and helpful in explaining financial terms. Good experience.

All salespeople I talked to, were very friendly and willing to help. Josiah was very friendly and very helpful. He sat in car with me when I talked to Onstar and helped me when needed. I am invited to go and ask for him if I have any questions about my new car (Camero) and he will help me.

I usually dread car shopping. Dealing with David and later Aaron made this a trluly enjoyable experience. David was extremely patient and knowledgeable. My overall experience was excellent. The Bill Harris dealership, and Gary Guemalata in particular, were highly recommended by two of my work colleagues. My salesperson (Gary) was very helpful and willing to go the 'extra mile' to help me find the best car for my family. He was willing to accommodate my schedule and help me both find and purchase the right vehicle! The other employees were also helpful and friendly! Highly recommended.

I never felt pressured to buy - and it was, overall, the least stressful auto purchase that I have ever made.

I was very happy with the service I received from Josiah, Brooke & Scott, but was a little disappointed after picking up my vehicle. I couln't believe with the way the weather was (below 0) that it was not suggested to pull both vehicles inside to switch things over, and there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas in it. I didn't even make it to Mifflin before the gas light came on. I was also disappointed that the car was not washed before I picked it up. I test drove it on Tuesday and said that I would take it. Josiah called me on Wednesday & said that everything went through & we set up an appt for Thursday at 4pm to pick it up. I feel there was plenty of time to wash it and put a little gas in it before I came in to fianalize things.
