My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet Corp:
We came in on 3/31/08 I was told I was approved for 0 money down on two vehicles a truck and a car. So we got there and I was appalled at the treatment we received from Steven Reed. He was VERY rude to me and my husband. But we stuck around only after we told Valentino that we are NOT dealing with Steven anymore that night because of his demeanor towards us. He agreed after we told him that also Valentino heard the first comments that were rudely made towards my husband who had not even gotten one word out of his mouth. This was totally uncalled for, since we had just arrived and were buying TWO vehicles from you guys. Anyway we worked the deal SIGNED all the papers that night. We had to take the vehicles back to get gas in them and cleaned because they didn’t do it the night before because we were there so late. . Well when we got there Steven told us that there was a problem with my income which HE calculated anyways he said they needed $3800.00 down. Anyways we told him “We had already signed all the papers and took the vehicles home with the notion that it was a DONE DEAL…..how wrong we were. He again was VERY rude and loudly degraded us in front of other customers. So we decided to just cut our ties with Bill Heard and got our car back and left…. I’m sorry to say that my experience with Bill Heard was nightmare!!!! And we WILL NOT be back!!!! Steve told us whatever he thought sounded good on the phone to get us in there and then trick us in the end by asking for money down and just talking to us like second class citizens. I couldn’t believe the way we were treated. I WILL NOT be recommending Bill Heard to anyone I know!!!! Sorry, but that experience left a very bad taste in my mouth after all this is my 2nd bad experience car dealerships. Before I even drove up there I had read on the BBB website that Bill Heard 138 complaints in 3 years but I decided to go ahead and give you guys a chance to earn our business, BOY was I WRONG!!!!!! I should’ve never come to Bill Heard. I can’t believe that Steven Reed sells any cars with an attitude like that. If you would like to know exactly what was said feel free to contact me and I will share the details of our ordeal. Thank you for your time I am mad at you or anyone else there just with Steven Reed. He has NO people skills!!!!! Whatever happened to the Customer pays our salary. Let’s treat them with our utmost RESPECT? Hahahaha NOT at Bill Heard Chevrolet. Please feel free to forward this to your GM or Head manager so that he will know how steven treats your customers.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DELEAR SHIP, ESPICALLY ANY USED CARS... I REPEAT DO NOT<< BUY ANY USED CARS...

THEY ARE ALL RIGGED , I MYSELF BOUGHT A CAR about a WEEK back , the sales person that sold it to me was "JOEY" , he closed the deal & right as I was LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP w/ the car , THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON , i immediatly went back & TOLD THEM TO FIX IT ... the salesperson told me he would , BUT I GOT IT IN WRITING WITH THE MANAGERS SIGNATURE... I was told to bring it back on MONDAY so they could "CHECK IT OUT" ...

I TOOK THE CAR HOME & WHEN I TURNED IT ON MONDAY --THE ODOMETER ROLLED BACK-- There was something seriously wrong with the car , i took it to the dealership & I FOUND OUT THAT THE SALESPERSON THAT SOLD ME CAR -->QUIT & NO longer worked there!! >> I was directed to THE USED CAR MANAGER , he said they'd take care of everything & call me back...

I WAITED TILL WED. (be4 thanksgiving) and called they said IT NEEDED NEW PARTS ... then i called in on FRIDAY , i was told the SERVICE GUY DIDNT SHOW UP! .. WTF!? -- then i called again YESTERDAY (monday) and i was told there was $1500+ work to do on the car , and when i went in today they are making me get another car from them & wouldnt let me PULL OUT OF THE DEAL ,I told them about the Manager signed paper & they agreed to FIX THE CAR (which i dont want anymore b/c of all the shit that happend) ---> NOW IM WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX THE CAR

OVERALL THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY - CHEAT PEOPLE FOR MONEY -
SELL PROBLAMATIC CARS , ARE CHEAP & DONT EVEN HAVE COMPUTERS IN THEIR OFFICE! They WILL RIP YOU THE F**K OFF IF YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING! ...

My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet Corp:
A friend and I went here to get her a Chevy Aveo that was advertised in the Houston Chronicle at $6500. We called to confirm this and spoke to &quot;April&quot; and when we got there, the receptionist told us she was in a meeting. Then we had a guy tell us she was in another meeting. Another man told us she had left for the day, another lady told us she was upstairs. After learning she LIED to us, we demanded a manager and were given the run around AGAIN then this other man told us he would work out a deal with us and TOTALLY screwed us and jacked the price up by a thousand! Not only that, but the fleet manager spoke to us like we were CHILDREN when we are both clearly adults! This place is HORRIBLE! Please go somewhere else if you want to be treated kindly and get a deal! These people are most definately CROOKS!

My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet Corp:
The sales person and his manager both left me hanging without telling me that the deal I was trying to make would not work. I was trying to buy a promotional vehicle and the manager did go thru a litany of things that might be wrong with the promotinal vehicle but left to check out my trade in and din not return If he had had a miniumu of guts (intestional fortitude) he could have come back and said the deal waould not work instead of dodging out and leaving my wife and I sitting for 45 minutes. I was told by the salesman that the manager had gone home.
