My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet Inc:
Took a 2002 blazer in because it was stalling out... Stated that we thought it was something electrical because the gauges were acting weird. they said they checked the batery and the charging system. And that both were working properly ... then sold us fuel injector cleaning service and air induction service. What either of these services are I'm not sure but they said that was the cause of the problem ... 500 dollars later, the car is still stalling out! Take it back to Bill Heard less then 1 week later... now they tell us the battery has a dead cell and needs to be replaced, wouldn't that have showed up on a battery check less then 1 week ago! Also 2 cylinders weren't firing because the wires were arching " now were getting somewhere" also should have showed up on the computer diag that I paid for less then 1 week ago. Ok so I buy the battery and a tune up, oil change and i need to flush the transmission wth this has to do with the electrical i have no idea.... cost 1200 dollars... bottom line I spent 1700.00 to get my spark plug wires replaced, because that is prolly why the cylinders weren't firing and causing the car to stall. Could haave been repaired for under 100 dollars. I truely believe they are dirty dealing when it comes to the service dept. Watch them like a hawk ... they will sell you useless services that have nothing to do with your car problems

i asked if it would be in my best interest to by the venture that i brought home or a new venture i was made to feel real good by them telling me that i negoiated so well on this van that i could not do any better i signed on the van friday night brought it back on monday to see if could work out somthing else even told them would buy a new one from them cause i knew that the paper work would not be in finance yet because of weekend. they would not work with me at all ,also tried to sneek in alot of extra fees for insurance that i didnt ask for and extra warrenty they did however do another contract to take the extra cost that i caught out . could keep going but just be ware of bill heard chev. in buford. unsatisfied burned cust.
