I dealt with the Internet department. It is new there and they made it so easy it was scary. We agreed upon price over the phone (which by the way was $1200 lower than I thought it would be). The price was so low because they found additional rebates and dealer cash??? that none of the other dealers bothered to check for. I walked in checked out the car that was pulled up and ready to test drive. Came in and the paperwork was ready. I signed, went into finance bought gap insurance and an extended warranty, was in and out in one hour and 10 minutes. COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I have already sent two people ther who had the same experience. THANK YOU BILL HEARD CHEVROLET IN SANFORD FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet Orlando:
I bought a 2007 Truck and it had after market rims. They were pitted. The only thing I could do was pay an additional 500.00 to have them replaced or factory only. Then the tires were DOT stamped 2001. Over 5 years old which I found out after the rim replace.

Beware This dealer has bad customer service/ only promises:
I traded in my 2004 Isuzu Ascender car w/ 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara. on 14 April 2006. And payoff overpament difference is $ 628.20.
After 45 days asking check of my over payment and transfer registration around 12-15 times phone call to finance and license tag people , only promises to send the check and regist. to my home (good dealer usually send this in 3 week after purchasing)
Finally after 2 months I came to their big office and I got them like a beggar . So beware to buy this tricky dealership. I will never buy car again from them or introduce them to my friend

Took over 6 hrs for an agreement, to have the end result of me purchasing the car and taking it home for about 3 days...then calling me telling me they got me a lower interest rate and had to come down and sign the papers for it....Once arriving they told me that for me to get the lower intreset rate i had to pay an additional amount of money or they would take the car from me. BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

Extraordiarly EXPENSIVE dealership, simple diagnostic test 115 $/ after which changing starter was quoted 720 $ on a 1999 Chevy Cavalier. Highway roberry. Unbelievebly rude service people, did not take their time to thorougly check the car. They offer a "free" 27 point inspection on which the paperwork was not even completed. Superfical, expensive and marginal sevice. Stay away from this con style dealership .

If I could give this dealer a zero, I would. I was held for over an hour while I was shuffled from manager to sales to manager. I was NEVER told the price of the vehicle I test drove. When I mentioned my insurance would be too high, they wanted me to leave my insurance company to use theirs. They continued to hound me, even though I was screening their phone calls. DO NOT deal with these people. They pretend to be your 'buddy' then get hostile if you don't buy.
