My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet:
Tried to get my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The warranty booklet states that I have the ability to have my chevrolet vehicle serviced at any chevrolet dealership. I purchased my vehicle at Fairway Chevrolet. They refused to even look at my car, and told me to go to the dealership where I purchased my car. I would never step foot in their dealership again.

My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet:
Delivery delayed through lack of attention to detail. Constant visits to dealership before paperwork sorted out. promises of compensation in kind never delivered. Warranty start date ran from date of sale rather than date of delivery. Very unprofessional business process and lack of customer service. Have actively dissuaded coleagues from using this dealer. Policy appears to be volume rather than customer satisfaction.
