My Review of Bill Heard of Columbus:
My sunroof to my Cadillac needed to be serviced, and I brought it to Bill Heard (Mr. High Volume) Service Department. It took them 2 weeks to repair it, and when I went to pick it up, there had used Duck Tape and there was still residual of it left on my roof of my vehicle. I had to wait an extra day for them to clean it up.

I do not recommend their service department and would rather travel to Atlanta to get my Cadillac serviced.
