I spoke with the sales manager, Joe Postighone, and he explained the process of purchasing a car during the covid19 lockdown. My wife and I knew what we wanted and we found the car on their website. Joe explained on Tuesday what options came with the car and we decided to purchase it. We had the car by Thursday! The process to pick-up the car was very organized. We had a time scheduled, we filled out paperwork 6 feet apart, masks/gloves were worn at all times, and we received all the keys, paperwork etc,. in a plastic bag inside a folder. The salesperson, Howard Bonfield, explained some of the features of the car and made the process smooth when picking up the vehicle. I would definitely go to this dealership again to purchase a car. More

He made my brother and I feel and ease and made the whole buying process very easy. In and out with my new vehicle in a few hours. Even before that though, we were discussing setting up a meeting and a test drive. I live 2.5 hours away so it was a little difficult and by the time I could schedule a visit, the car that I was interested was sold. Howard took it upon himself to look and current and incoming vehicles and found me a car very similar to the first one I was interested, the only difference was that it has less mileage and price was only SLIGHTLY higher.
