Just got new pads and rotors turned on all wheels at BP this morning (03/25/2024). I had a coupon for pads and rotor turned for $219.95. I made an appointment (7:15 AM Monday) with a real person over the p this morning (03/25/2024). I had a coupon for pads and rotor turned for $219.95. I made an appointment (7:15 AM Monday) with a real person over the phone and asked if this was for four wheels. I was told yes. I made the appointment. I was there by 6:45 AM . I stayed there the entire time until car was ready (~11:30 AM). To my surprise the cost was double ($481.57).. The customer service rep said the price is per axle. I showed him the coupon which said nothing about axles. He treated me as if I was some old man with dementia. That does xxxx me off. I asked for the head of the service center but that person was busy. I ended talking to the customer rep supervisor. after the rep had talked to her. I am currently waiting for the next one in the management chain. I would give them a zero except that the brakes were done. I don't expect any resolution. I do not have any respect for BP Toyota. This service department is terrible! I have taken my tundra here 3 times for oil changes, tire rotation and basic maintenance. Each and every time it took at least 4 hours. The service is horrible and the people that work here are rude and act offended if you dare mention that you have been waiting an unacceptable amount of time. I had purchased new tires at Costco, and I was told I needed new lug nuts for my 21 year old 2003 Toyota Tundra. Because of the age of the truck, I was reluctant to take it in to the dealership, but I wa needed new lug nuts for my 21 year old 2003 Toyota Tundra. Because of the age of the truck, I was reluctant to take it in to the dealership, but I wanted authentic Toyota parts, because I was getting it ready to give to my grandson when he reaches 16 years old in a few months. I was connected with Service Advisor Richard Felch, who ordered the lug nuts and told me to just come by the next day and get them put on. I took the truck in, met Richard, who was very helpful and efficient. He had the lug nuts put on at no charge, while I waited in the remodeled customer lounge. It is clean and bright, has coffee for the customers, a charging station for your electronics, and is very comfortable. My wait was very short, and while I waited, I was texted with a video “walk around inspection” of my truck. They didn’t try to sell me something else or extra. Richard came and got me in the lounge, I paid my bill for the lug nuts, and walked out with Richard to my truck. I asked Richard for his card, because we have 2 other Toyotas in our family, and I will recommend they go to Richard. He is helpful, personable and professional. He restored my confidence in dealership service! More
