My Review of Bill Pierre Ford:
In April, 2005, I desperately needed to get a reliable new vehicle. My Credit Union, allotted me a 10K loan. Went to Bill Pierre Ford, and they convinced my credit union to raise it to 15K ,so I could get car with Warranty etc. I looked at a couple cars, nothing satisfactory, then at the last minute after several exhausting hours, of telling them I could not afford high car payments, I felt so worn down I said o.k. to a 2005 Ford Focus ZX4 Se. Was told it had only about 8K mi. on it, it was used by a sales person.It turned out to have 18K miles on it, and I paid 15K for it.Two weeks after we purchased the car, it was being sold for 9-10K, and has been selling for the past two years, for 7-9K. We feel we got totally screwed and I am stuck with huge car payments for something that we now understand was worth and selling for, way less!!! I guess they treated me like I was very stupid. I'm not, I'm just ignorant about cars. I feel that they took advantage of my being naive, instead of helping me get the very best affordable deal. I hate the fact that I watched that very model of car sell the next week for so many thousands of dollars less. The Credit Union won't reconfigure my loan so I can't even trade the car in yet. My Review of Bill Pierre Ford:
I am a prior saleman at BPF and I would like to personally apologise for the many barely legal things we did to the customers. From sales team meetings where we tought to "Hate the customer! That is the only way you will be successful!" to laughing after we would "Take someones head off" it was all a big exercise in abuse of power. I fell for the ad that said I could make $120,000 a year and ended up being 'sold' the job. After disgracing myself for a few months I learned that all the salesmen were shooting for the next "5-pounder" and that this is encouraged by the management. This is not a career, it is a get rich quick scheme and I was stupid enough to fall for it. Again, to the people I helped abuse, I apologise.
