"Stay Away From Bill Ray!"

Purchased a brand new 2017 Nissan Maxima SR, from day one this has been a horrible experience. The emblem was already missing paint in the lettering, the stitching on the steering wheel looks sloppy, the back black spoiler was scratched up. While I was getting the windows tinted at a tint shop it was brought to my attention that the back left window had a deep scratch from when they removed the promotional material/pricing taped on the window (when I called my sales rep she lied to me about on which window they put the pricing information) ultimately repaired it when it became obvious that I wasn't letting that fly. The sales rep tried to overcharge for the vehicle($8,000 more than what I actually purchased the car for). Only reason I didn't pay that price was because I went home and looked Online. Then lied to me about multiple features of the SD card and Camera and the fact that they offer complementary full car washes(LIE ALSO) That's just the purchasing experience.... now onto the service department, they are constantly changing staff so very difficult to build a lasting relationship with one of there reps, they cleaned the interior of my car and scratched up the center console with a dirty rag(denied and LIED about it)and yesterday after my oil change I noticed a nice mark ($300 damage) where the lift goes. It's obviously from the lift positioning however they vehemently denied it, argued with me and lied. To add humor to the situation they are so concerned with there rating through Nissan to where they will coach you on the reviews, pure un professionalism. The General manager told me to give him a call if I had any problems and guess what? I called left a voicemail and never heard from the GM, pure lip service. I will never purchase another car from them, and I would never recommend anyone go here to purchase a car or service your car.. STAY AWAY! They are nothing but a bunch of misleading liars.. It starts with Ownership then down to management and trickles down to there sales reps. Sat down with the owners son, Brian, and his only concern is this REVIEW. He continued to deny it happened at there dealership and essentially wasted our time to come out to the dealership. We left frustrated and disappointed realizing these people only care about themselves, the bottom dollar and not the buyers experience. Save your self a headache and get as far away from this dealership as possible!!

The whole team at Bill Ray Nissan (Sales & Service) is “One-Awesome-Team” that I highly recommend that you also select as your primary auto company. “6 stars!” I have been a fully satisfied customer of Bill Ray Nissan for approx 15 years. I have always had high quality service, by very courteous and professional staff. Over the years, I have purchased two new cars there, and had at least four of my inuse-cars fully-serviced by their excellent service department. The Sales & Finance experts I’ve purchased from are Bo Rhodes & Kelly Bailey. They gave me a very fair trade-in valuation and an awesome sales-price of our 2017 Murano-SV. Bo & Kelly were very informative & courteous to my wife & I. The whole transaction was smooth and rewarding. I’ve been a devoted customer (almost 100% ‘exclusively’) of the Bill Ray Nissan Service Department for over 15 years. Service Managers Richard Morris & John Wright have always Always provided the utmost in customer-care. Their whole staff is professional, reliable, thorough and courteous. Their senior lead mechanic (James Frazier) has extensive technical training on all the latest Nissan & Infiniti technologies. They have all the latest tools & equipment, their workshops are clean & organized, and the whole Service Department facility has recently undergone a new sleek-n-modern renovation including a comfortable waiting-room (with WiFi, TV & beverages). My advice: Get to know the Bill Ray Nissan team (even if you don’t necessarily own a Nissan or Infiniti brand, as they can easily handle many different makes & models). "Don't trade a car in here"

We had read reviews before about the value that your trade-in was given at the dealer to offset their low prices. I guess we had to see it for ourselves. We did. The trade value offered after finding a car and getting a good price was 4 thousand less than other dealers in the area. The place also is a construction zone with very little usable space inside at this time.

My last two vehicles purchased have been through Bill Ray Nissan with the same salesman, Murphy Santana. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle I reached out to him again which says a lot when it comes to purchasing a new car! He clearly gives you the breakdown in pricing and what your options are, which is a great price when compared to other dealerships in town. I highly recommend this dealership. Their sales, finance and service team are fantastic.
