This dealership bent over backwards for me to get me into a new car. I ended up purchasing a Mazda CX-9 and couldn't be happier. They also helped me look for other options like the Nissan Murano. They are a very friendly staff and are really wanting to put you in the best possible vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would go back to them for future car needs.

All of my experiences at this dealership, from the assistance offered to me by Ramon Garcia and David Ray during the purchase of my Murano,to the subsequent visits for service of the vehicle have been outstanding. The dealership maintains a large inventory of vehicles and the newly remodeled customer lounge area is a nice addition. Mr. Ray ensures his staff is customer focused and extremely knowledgeable to ensure outstanding service. I will continue to utilize the dealer for my future vehicle purchases and service needs.

By far best car buying experiance I have ever had. First time I have not woken up with buyers remorse. Bo Rhodes went out of his way to secure the vehicle I wanted. He and his team went way beyond expectations. Dealership building was clean , provided amenities while waiting and made it all happen fast. No waiting , all attention was taking care of the customer and making sure I was looked after.

Bill Ray Nissan treated us right

My wife and I have been looking for a new car for the past few weeks and have been to many dealerships. We've learned that the dealer is as important as the car itself. After narrowing our choices down to a few models, it was the Bill Ray Nissan dealership that won us over. Our first contact was over the internet. Bo Rhodes got in contact with us immediately. By this time we had become leery of the dealership experience, but when we arrived Bo was welcoming, honest and worked hard to find us the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Thank you Bo.

After we agreed to purchase our new car, we were put in the capable hands of Mark Hobbs who led us through all the paperwork. There is LOTS of paperwork, but Mark made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Mark.

After the sale Bo was terrific going over all the details of the car before we left the dealership. New cars are certainly complicated machines, but Bo made it easy for us to understand. I would recommend Bo to anyone who would appreciate his straightforward approach. Who wouldn't?

Overall, the dealership is as neat as a pin. It looks as though the facilities have been recently upgraded. Up front, the sales area is open and welcoming. The parts and service department, as well as the lounge area for customers, are all thoughtfully designed. Even the bathrooms are spotless. There is a lot of hustle and bustle but in very professional manner.

We strongly recommend this dealership.

I've had my Nissan Pathfinder worked on over the years at Bill Ray Nissan and my experience in dealing with David Ray, his son and James Frazier and the Service Managers has been like dealing with members of my own family. Whenever I make an appointment I'm greeted when I walk in. The staff always asks me if I need a ride anywhere and they are happy to do so when I've asked. The waiting area is clean and the whole dealership experience is second to none.

I've had situations where my car had to remain at the dealership overnight and they were kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle to use until my car was repaired.

My car is always waiting for me when they say it will be and the car is always washed and in perfect condition when the job is done.

They have the best staff of any dealership that I've dealt with and it all starts at the top.

David Ray runs a tight ship and he is always interested in feedback on the experience I've had with his whole operation. He has even called me personally after receiving my feedback which is unheard of in the car industry.

Overall, I would rank them #1 Dealer in the greater Orlando area.

We were greeted right away with no pressure. Freddie did everything we asked to look at. My husband has limited walking ability, so Freddie brought another Altama to show us and we took the first one, the price was just right. We will be back.

If you in the market for new/used car, Bill Ray Nissan is your place. I was looking to buy a car so i went to Bill Ray Nissan. I receive great service from salesman Freddie Richardson. He took time to explain the process of buying a car and the prices were low. If they don't have what you looking for, it does not mean they may not have something else for you. They have a large variety of cars. Plus everyone was pleasant, and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. It was great experience and the fear of buying a car is GONE. Thanks to a great team and salesman Freddie.

I purchased my first Datsun 620 pickup from them @ 1979, I pretty much wore it out. A few years later I purchased a Datsun/Nissan 720 pickup @ 1985 from them. My salesman was Herb Macaya ( he still works there !!! ).

Since then, over the years I have purchased a B210 "Sunny", 240SX SE, a Maxima, Sentra SER, Frontier pickup ( I still have ), and recently a new Sentra LTD.

I purchase several used non-Nissan vehicles also, A VW Passat, Mazda6, Honda Accord, and few others.

I like the people there, its not a high pressure sales enviroment. They have always made me feel welcome and you always get a good fair deal.

I like the Nissan product, very reliable.

Their after sale service is first class, You pull in for oil changes and they take over immediently. In less then 30 minutes your car is returned with fresh oil, tires aired up, and a quick outside wash. For less than 20 bucks!!!!

To me, its a no brainer. Bill Ray is #1.

In the last 10 years my husband and I have purchased 4 cars from Bill Ray Nissan dealership.Each employee we have dealt with has been extremly professional and exceeded our expectations every time.We live 45 miles from the dealership and have our two vehicles serviced only by Bill Ray Nissan.They are the best and we would never think of purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership.Nissan can be proud of this team of professionals they are what others should strive to be.
