My Review of Bill Seidle Chevrolet:
I made an appointment to bring my 2004 Chevy Express for servicing on 10-10-2007 and to check the service engine light. They did not do anything to my vehicle until the next day, when they call me and said the ox sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. When I picked up my vehicle, before I left their lot, the service lot came back on, the my vehicle ran poorly.
I return at once to the dealer, I was told that they would check it out again. I was told at first that both sensors were bad due to the an oily film on the sensors. After waiting for almost two hours, the mechanic who replaced the sensor, that he replaced the good one instead of the bad one.
I ask the service writer for the bad sensor, but he left and never returned. Bottom line, they never road tested my vehicle the first time,their mechanic is not qualified and I was charged over $450 for repairs that were not required. Although this dealer is only 5 minutes from my home, I will NEVER return their for service or recommend them to anyone.
