My Review of Bill Seidle Chevrolet:
I made an appointment to bring my 2004 Chevy Express for servicing on 10-10-2007 and to check the service engine light. They did not do anything to my vehicle until the next day, when they call me and said the ox sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. When I picked up my vehicle, before I left their lot, the service lot came back on, the my vehicle ran poorly.

I return at once to the dealer, I was told that they would check it out again. I was told at first that both sensors were bad due to the an oily film on the sensors. After waiting for almost two hours, the mechanic who replaced the sensor, that he replaced the good one instead of the bad one.

I ask the service writer for the bad sensor, but he left and never returned. Bottom line, they never road tested my vehicle the first time,their mechanic is not qualified and I was charged over $450 for repairs that were not required. Although this dealer is only 5 minutes from my home, I will NEVER return their for service or recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Bill Seidle Chevrolet:
i own an 06 colorado,it has 25k on the odometer,took it to them to address the problems. first being that they had it for 7 months and did not fix the active safty recall. they sold it to me that way. 2nd,it was wearing the inside of the front tires badly,3rd the motor has a rattling noise when first started,4th the rear brakes were grabbing and 5th the radio speakers are crackling. after talking with joey alvis and ken davis, i had the gut feeling ken was just blowing me off. i work and live a distance from the dealer and needed a loaner.they, ken and joey,said they would get the very next one and hold it for me. well after almost 2 weeks,and still no loaner,i took it to another dealer. after spending 160$,with bumper to bumper warranty,the motor has yet to be fixed,as well as the radio. now i must give credit where it is due. the sales staff is a good bunch of guys.but if you need your car,truck,or anything else worked on,TAKE IT SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!.

My Review of Bill Seidle Chevrolet:
took my truck in for service. After 2 1/2 weeks they still had not even looked at it. This was after I made an appointment. They finally returned it to me damaged. They said they would make some calls to get it fixed and call me. Never called. I called GM and lodged a formal complaint. GM couldnt get them to call them back for weeks and when they called Bill Seidel for the last time they got amnesia about the damage. I will never use them again and propably wont ever buy another Chevrolet. They are horrific and wouldnt send my worst enemy there. Buyer beware!!!!!

This dealership Bill Siedle Chevrolet did not provide a written estimate when my 2003 Express during a Chevrolet wheel hub bearing recall and after keeping my van for three days when I returned to pick-up my van I was charged $441.39 for what should have been a warranty claim with an open recall. I asked for the old part(s)and I was told by Cathy Gaskell (service advisor) that the old part(s) had to be returned to General Motors and refused to permit to even view the part(s). As a consumer my rights were violated by not providing a written estimate and not producing the old part(s)for inspection. I HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THE REPAIR WAS NOT EVEN DONE. SERVICE CUSTOMER PLEASE BEWARE OF BILL SEIDLE CHEVROLET!

My Review of Bill Seidle Chevrolet:
My van was towed to Bill Siedle with a front hub bearing assembly recall while I was visiting the Clermont area of Florida. I was told by Chevrolet CSR @1 800 222 1020 there was to be no charge if the bearing retainer nut was missing. When I picked the van three days later I had to pay $441.39 or do without my van. This dealership did not provide me with a written estimate and when I asked for the old part I was told by Cathy the old part had to be held for warranty reasons even though I was charged full retail. My rights as a consumer was violated by not providing me with a written estimate and not returning the old part. I have reason to believe that this repair has not been done.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

My Review of Bill Seidle Chevrolet:
What a horrible dealership. We purchased a Suburban from them that was the last year's model. Actually got a good deal. The following week we took the vehicle on vacation to North Carolina. On the trip, the entire cab of the vehicle filled with a horrible, burning oil or grease smell. My cousin who is a GM large truck mechanic diagnosed it as differential grease. As soon as we got home ,we contacted Bill Seidle and told them about it. My husband took it all the way to Clermont from Casselberry for some punk mechanic to give him a terrible attitude and tell him he could not smell a thing, the vehicle was fine, when the entire cab had that disgusting smell. My husband tried to deal with the management (many times, not just once) to no avail, they backed their mechanic. Finally, we had to contact Chevrolet Corporate who had us take it to Classic Chevrolet. Their very professional mechanic had the problem diagnosed BEFORE THEY LEFT THE PARKING LOT!! AND, REPAIRED IT THAT SAME DAY. Horrendous dealership. They actually called to do one of their follow-up surveys and I told them they had to be nuts to call us for it, but laid it on the line. Did we get a letter or an apology? No. Just ignored us. We just bought our 2nd chevy...and It wasn't from them!
