My Review of Bill Ussery Motors:
I've had my 2003 SL55 serviced at Bill Ussery Motors 3 times.

First time, I went top pick up the car and half the repairs were not completed including a leather repair that I paid for. I brought the car to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale and they were able to quickly fix everything that Bill Ussery left broken.

Second time, tried to charge me almost $175 for new windshield wipers that were quoted to me at $59. Didn't return calls, took forever, to fix car, and refused to give me a loaner car until I threw a fit.

Third time, they lost my appointment in their computer and tried to send me away even though the problem with my car was a fuel pump that had broken off and was floating/banging around inside my fuel tank. When they did actually try to fix the car, and I went to pick it up after more than a week, they drove it out of the service garage and the car began to gush fuel all over the ground in front of me. A week later my car seemed to be back in one piece, but I’ve got several new rattles to remind me of Bill Ussery Motors whenever I drive my car.

Note: Service representative Ariel always did a good job trying to smooth things over. I guess he has lots of practice.

My Review of Bill Ussery Motors:
There is never a happy day with Bill Ussery the car always has a bigger problem, when you retrive it. You take the car to be fixed and by the time you ar home something else is broken. Certainly will never purchase from this dealer again (this is my 2nd Mercedes) the very first one it was a lemon. to make matters worst:<br>On Thursday 2nd of Sept and because of a mechanical problem, I had to leave my car in their care for repair. On Tuesday 7th, I receive a call from Customer Service informing me that my car had suffered an &#8220;act of God&#8221; because of the storm, and had the rear window broken. The car was left out in the open basically parked in the middle of the street, they protected their property. Any way I paid the cost and will leave with the smell of humidity for ever thanks to the quality service of Bull Ussery

The car always seems to have a problem. You take the car in for them to fix something and when you take it home there is something else wrong with it. I think they must do it on purpose.<br>To make matters worse they give you a terrible rental car.<br>I can not wait till my lease is up so that I do not have to deal with Mercedes again.

My Review of Bill Ussery Motors:
This dealership is absolutely horrendous. The service advisors never answer their phones and when messages are left, the calls are not returned. Once a car is brought in for service, the wait time is always longer than promised and sometimes the service cannot be completed since they don't verify that they have the parts available before they write up your repair order. In addition, they offer shuttlebus service to the surrounding areas but the driver doesn't speak English so it isn't possible to make a request from him. All this for a 2004 &quot;luxury&quot; car which has already had two recalls and 4 serious mechanical problems. Avoid at all costs!

My Review of Bill Ussery Motors:
I would not buy a toy car from this dealership. On first visit they could not talk with me for an hour. On second visit with an appointment and a car loosely on order they could not see me at all. Walked out and bought a Lexus instead. They never even called to ask why I did not complete my order. In addition to everything else, when your car is being serviced you don&#8217;t get a Mercedes to drive. You get a little rent a car instead. Who would be happy with that? Anyway, I guess they did me a favor. Mercedes cars now seem to have lots of problems.
