My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
The internet sales department introduced me to Dave, a salesman in this dealership. Dave was just 3 weeks old in the dealership, so both Ryan and Dave helped me choose out the car for me. Both of them extremely friendly and made us very comfortable in buying what we were looking for. My plan was just to get a test ride, but I couldn't resist buying from them considering their pleasing attitude and matching the price I was looking for.
A fantastic experience for me, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
This dealership has once again exceeded my expectations. I have now purchased two autos from them. I found the sales experience to be pleasant, low pressure and the prices good. But the best part has been the after sale service. On two occasions now they have taken care of problems at no cost that was clearly not their responsibility. Problems sometimes happen but its how you deal with them that matters and these guys have been great. I will definately be returning in February when my lease is up on my TL.

Scott and Tina were great to work with. Scott took the time after hours to go over the car with me in detail even though the dealership was closed. A minor issue with the car was taken care of quickly and with no hassles. Just the way I like it.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
My experience with Bridgewater Acura was as seemless as possible. I worked with Mr. Rick Verso in the purchase of my certified used RDX, along with Bryan Hansen, and the used car manager Michael Lasko. They were extremly professional, kind and considerate during the entire process. I would highly recommend this particular dealership to all and any of my friends and family. They showed a genuine sense of care and concern for me and my family. I left there feeling completely satisfied and pleased with the overall dealership. I can't thank them enough. I live in Sparta, NJ and it was well worth the trip. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Bridgewater Acura, regardless of the distance. My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I did not have a pleasant experience with Bridgewater Acura. Perhaps what was most disconcerting was that Mr. Verso requested that I provide my driver's license and other personal information in order for him to help me research the car that I was looking for - and I had not even asked about a test drive! This was absolutely ridiculous and I was immediately put off by this request, especially since I have never been asked for this information from respectable dealers before.

Furthermore, when I asked for a lease quote for the particular model I was interested in, I was given an egregiously high price compared to a comparable model from a competitor (Lexus). Lexus's MSRP for a comparably equipped vehicle (in fact, I would say the Lexus had a better package) was approximately $10K more expensive than Acura, yet the per month lease quote for the Acura was higher, even though the duration of the lease for both the cars were the same! It was absurd. I was given the excuse that the high quote was due to the fact that the cars are flying off of the lot but I thought that this was another ridiculous explanation that certainly did not hold any water.

I didn't expect Bridgewater Acura to play the same games other dealers do, given the high ratings on this website. But this just goes to show that there are certainly exceptions; take the reviews on this site with a grain of salt and always visit the dealer for yourself in order to make your own judgment.

Needless to say, I will not be buying from this dealer nor will I be recommending Bridgewater Acura to my friends.

I would like to take this oppotunity on behalf of the entire staff at Bridgewater Acura to apologize for the experience you had here. As you can see from our reviews this is not a typical experience, and I commend you for even advising people to form their own opinions about the store. It shows that you are an objective customer and the kind of person who we would truly love have purchasing a vehicle from us. I would like to take a moment to address the issues that you had presented to us.

First, you mentioned that you were asked for a drivers license even though you were not requesting a test drive. I understand why you may have been perplexed and even annoyed with this request, but we do this for a few different reasons. We like forming a relationship with our clients and would like to keep you informed about different incentives and programs that are running on a vehicle that you are looking at. Also, we want to make sure that a previous salesmen has not worked with you, and if you are a new customer that you would be logged into the system so you will deal with that same salesmen in the future.

Second, you mentioned that you were given a high priced lease quote. You were quoted this price because there are currently no leasing programs available for the 2013 RDX. If you were talking about a 2012 Acura RDX we would be able to give you a super aggressive price. However, the RDX has been redesigned so drastically that it is almost not even the same car. With all new vehicle designs, there is a mark up until it has been on the market for a while.

We try to avoid playing games at all costs and truly are a sincere dealership. We have been telling all of our potential clients who are thinking about leasing a 2013 RDX to hold off and see what future programs will come about. Ask yourself, how many dealerships will openly tell you to hold off on something like this and wait until a new program comes out for leasing?

All in all I would like a chance to earn your business. Now that you have heard this explanation I hope you can be empathetic and see why we have some of these protocols in place. We simply want to make this an easy experience for both parties. Please feel free to contact me as I would like to set you up with someone else who could provide a different experience now that you better understand how we operate.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Contrary to some reviews here, my experience with Bill Vince Acura has been far from satisfactory. I purchased a preowned car in October 2011. During the process of making a decision and contemplating on the purchase, my wife and I sought more time at which their salesman (Lasko) almost yelled. We went ahead with the purchase because it was fitting in our budget. Buying a car is a big financial investment, especially for immigrants like me. A little help and courtesy from the sales executive goes a long way in establishing trust and future reference. However, that was definitely not the case here. The post sales service/communication has been way below par. My car required a service way sooner that you would expect. When I tried to reach out to the dealership, all I got was rude responses. I've written to Sr management (including Mr Bill Vince through his email id posted on the website) but no one cared to response. The only positive that I have is I now know where not to go for my next purchase.

I'm a disappointed customer.

Sir. I have dug into your situation a little deeper and found some of the details. I was told that the service you needed to come in for was an oil change. This is considered to be routine maintenance and regardless of what car you purchased (new or used) this is something that needs to be taken care of. I would like to get your end of the story and see if there is not a way for us to shed some light on where the miscommunication is taking place. Sir, I have dug into your situation deeper and I would like to present you with a couple of points from our end where I am confused. On 9/05/2011 we rightfully purchased the vehicle. On 09/08/11 a vehicle RO was opened in which one of our techs performed an entire safety check which included but was not limited to checking all fluids. On 10/20/2011 you purchased the vehicle from us. On 1/13/2012 you went in for service at Somerset Nissan. In one of your responses you state and I quote "Somerset Nissan told me that there was no oil at all when the car was sold to me." I am not sure why they would tell you this as I find it highly unlikely that anyone would be able to drive a vehicle for 3 months without any oil in it. Also, if this were to be true your oil change light should have come on. If you could provide me some clarification on these issues it would help me to better understand your end of the argument. Again I am sorry for your frustration, but I don't see how this is anything different from a routine maintenance.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I went into your dealerships service department looking for service on my brakes. Your prices were fairly consistent with what I had heard from other dealers. The service it self was fine and my tsx is riding very well but after that the service went very wrong when I approached the cashier. When I went to pay for my brakes the woman was extremely rude, made me wait without even acknowledging my existence and then told me my car was and I qoute "out there somewhere" this is insane. The service in this dealership has really taken a turn for the worse and from now on I will be taking my tsx to Open Road even though it is a much further drive for me. This is not what I expect when I pay out good money for service on an already fairly expensive vehicle.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
We called ahead of time and spoke with Tina about the car we where interested in. When we arrived the car was out front waiting. We were greeted by several sales associates at the door. Tina was notified that we had arrived and was promptly out to meet us. She directed us to Gene who handled or sale from there. Gene was very informative about the vehicle and was interested in helping us with any questions or concerns. He made sure we we completely satisfied with everything about the car. Our trade in allowance was very reasonable and the price we settled on we feel was a good value. The finance dept also did a great job in getting us approved at a great rate. The car had some minor blemishes on the bumpers and Gene made sure that the sale also included fixing those problems. When we went back to pick up the plates for the car they had made an appointment for the bumpers to be fixed an had a vehicle for us to use until the car was ready. The repair work on the bumpers was excellent, they look like they are new.
Thanks to all that helped in our purchase of our Acura, we love it.

My Wife and I went in to see our options about turning in our Acura lease. We have leased an Acura since 1992.I received a very nice e-mail from Tina about helping us turn our car in early.When I went to the dearership Makeda greeted us because it was Tina's day off.She then turned us over to Mikail who went over all our options in great detail. We recommend Mikail very highly to anyone who need a very informative and trustworthy person.The process was seamless as we turned in our old car for a new one in the same day.Everyone we dealt with that day was extremely friendly and helpfull.I used to deal with another Acura dealership until I changed To Bill Vince in 2009. This is the best dealership experience I have ever had!!!!!
