My Review of Bill White Auto Mall:
did warranty work and asked if we needed maintenance work done

did small part of repair work, car did same thing the next day, had to have it towed again to another dealer, they did not complete the work needed, we paid 100.00 warranty deduction and now have to pay it again, for another dealer to finish the job

we wanted some maintenance done, cost us 250.00 for 50.00 job done from any other dealer

never will we go to bill white auto

My Review of Bill White Auto Mall:
The new people that are working at Bill White Auto has been no help either they promise me lots of things They were suppose to fix these things months ago but never got done. When new general manager took over he said he would make sure these things were taken care of and that was 2 months ago and still have same problems and now more problems and he won't return phone calls either. If this the way he is going to do business they should have keep the employees they had they are all crooks.

I would not recommend the dealership to know one they have lied to me and lied more about things they told me and then stated they never told me. i bought a 2005 chevy colbalt in September 25,2007 paid cash for it that i had saved a very long time for.I didn't recieve a title till April 2008 the carfax stated never been wrecked i later found out it has been wrecked front end is mess up window on driver side won't roll down they had my car from November 2007 till April 2008 and was to fix all the problems keyless remote didn't work,windshield to be replaced and one of my rims to be replace. I pick up my car in April 2008 and nothing has been fix yet i have hired attorneys and still not happy with the outcome yet Bill White is telling me they are going to fix it but that is yet to believe they have lied so much.They have given many reason for why my title took so long but none of them true.I have ask for my money back for the car but for now i have the car that is still not fix. Please let me know if anyone else is willing to go to court and testify how bad these car lot is. my email address is

My Review of Bill White Auto Mall:
I was sold a car, in 10/06. and i even told the salesman that i have been screwed by SMITH CHEVROLET and that i was looking for a good dependable car. they had one, it had 14,500 miles on it, and i was curious as to why so many, they told me it was a demo. After getting the car, and after getting the title/lien mailed to me, did i find out that my car was a rental car in Ohio! I have been trying every since to get them to take the car back. let alone all the service problems. 2 wks after having the car, the driver's side mirror fell off and the window got off track. then, 5 months into it, they had to retighten the frame suspension bolts and frame cradle, they said that i really drove my car hard. I ONLY PUT 800 miles a month - city on this car! there are too many things that has happened to list, and ITS AT SERVICE NOW and they can't find anything wrong. So, im calling my lawyer. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE PPL NOR THIS DEALERSHIP

Well started off positive over the phone until I got to the dealership and it turned to a different story. First Kelly book says one thing then the sales man embarrased me by saying my stuff was more or less not worth it. BS 2001 Dodge grand caravan. On Trade he would only give me maybe 3500. Get Bent!

I ordered a vehicle and made a downpayment. They had a take it or leave it attitude on price, which I didn't like, but hey, I wanted the vehicle. They then proceeded to order a vehicle with the wrong specifications and refused to give my downpayment back. Sales Manager was very rude and obnoxious, not to mention pushy. He tried to threaten me when I refused to take the incorrect vehicle they had ordered, stating that they were going to sue me. Needless to say, I sued them and recovered most of my downpayment in a settlement. I would certainly not recommend doing business with their Sales dept. again.

My Review of Bill White Auto Mall:
This dealership sold me a lemon and Bill White refused to make it right. They put through for my loan and got it approved when I only asked the price. I didn't authorize them to push for the loan. Then they made me believe it would hurt my credit if I refused the sale, because my loan is already approved. Plus, overall bad service, lost my title, messed up paperwork. (wouldn't even put me into another car after they admitted loosing my title.) They finally obtained one by filing for lost title, but by this time, I was over my 30 days to tag my car, so it cost me a penalty. I had to trade the car in on another one, and in the process, lost thousands of dollars. (Within 90 days of the purchase!) I also reported this dealership to BBB.
