My Review of Bill White Hyundai:
Toward the end of the "potential" close, another sales person came in trying to talk to us. He turned out to be VERY rude during the conversation, on several occasions telling us that he did not care about this or that, then proceeded to tell us that we wasted his time. We only dealt with him about five minutes. Everyone else, including Robert, who our primary person was, was nice.
End result is that we will never go back to this dealership and will never recommend it. I am sure the video surveillance tape of which we were made aware of during the sales session, was erased.
