My Review of Billion Lincoln%2C Mercury%2C Mazda%2C BMW:
I'm quite sure that Billion's service department sometimes does more work than is necessary. If you already have parts installed on your car which are not the manufacturer's brand or recommended by the manufacturer Billion might replace them, even if they are good parts in working condition, just because they are not on their recommended list. This happend to me with spark plugs in my Mazda. I had Bosch brand plugs in the car, they told me they were &quot;wrong for this car&quot; so I authorized the replacement but asked for the parts back. When I got home I checked the numbers on the Bosch spark plugs. They matched for this car. When I complained, Billion admitted that Bosch recommends these plugs for this car but that only NGK brand plugs are recommended by Mazda for this car. That's their explaination for why I needed new plugs. The Bosch plugs were only about one month old--wear was not the issue, the brand was the issue. They said they would do the same if I had <br>Champion or Delco plugs too.
