My Review of Billy Howell Ford Lincoln Mercury Inc:
I was so tired of truck shopping and looking for something pre-owned for my husband and myself.
I had been to Billy Howell several times and did not see what I was looking for.
But then I met Bruce, he was the best helpful sales person that I encountered there and was very honest and was willing to sell me a warranty on a vehicle I was going to buy somewhere else and still help me out knowing they did not have what I wanted. This man was very honest. The truck ended up not working out at the other dealer. I went back to Billy Howell and they were so nice, Billy the son and Bruce, worked on helping me find the vehicle for my husband. Thye let me drive it home to show my husband while he was working. Thats nice.. At this point after a month of shopping, I was ready for a purchase and they were soooo great. Bruce is so nice and helpful and helped us set up our account, for our truck radio, etc.. They are so great there. Gave us water and there was a kids room for my kids to play in. I was very pleased and purchased a NEW truck from them. It is a exciting purchase when spending that much money on a truck and they made it a pleasurable one. they had the car all ready and cleaned up perfect when my husband came to pick it up. Dont go anywhere else. Go to this Ford dealership. But ask for BRUCE. He is very personable and willing to go over and beyond to help the customer. I know!! They also send me cookies as a thank you. What a great suprise when it came in the mail thanking us for the business. I will highly recommed them and get the extended warranty through them.
Go see them-- but ask for BRUCE!! you wont be sorry...
