Greg and all employees we dealth with at Bismarck Motor Company were professional and helpful. Greg took the time to explain all of the features (even the electronics) of our new car. Very good dealer. Best price in tri-state area. Will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended.Sales person was very easy to work with. Finance department took care of all the paper work.

Chris met and exceeded our expectations for helping us select a vehicle that was right for us. He gave us the time we needed and was not pressing us to buy any vehicle. While test driving the vehicles, he pointed out features and answered all of our questions. The dealership gave us a lower interest rate on the financing that we were able to obtain from our bank. They were friendly and appreciative of our business.

My Review of Bismarck Motor Company:
Even though my lease wasn't up until 11/2012, when Honda was running a great deal in April 2012, he thought of me and called me--he was able to find a new, 2012, Honda Accord for me (so upgraded from a 2009 H.Accord), with actually more accessories (beautiful black leather interior, heated front seats, bluetooth, compass and temp gauges,remote start, etc.) and I even purchased an additional undercoating,and an interior & exterior protection package and only increased my monthly payment by $7!!

Now initially when he contacted me, the deal he had considered was to put me in a new 2012 Honda Accord with essentially the same equipment on my 2009 Accord..and he could have saved me actually $30-40 a month...However, after further discussion and in looking at the above new Honda Accord, and discovering it only raised my payment by about $7 a month, I was ecstatic!!

Kevin goes out of his way to be helpful! He explained the equipment in my new Accord and even helped sync up the bluetooth with my cell phone. He is a no pressure sales man and as a woman, I appreciate that.

Thanks Kevin for thinking of me even though my lease wasn't up. Because you did, I got a great deal on a fantastic,brand-spanking new, beautiful Honda Accord, and didn't have to wait until November!(Who knows what kind of deals would have been offered then!!)

Shopping for cars is not my idea of fun but John did a great job of showing us what he had on the lot and providing us with a fun afternoon of shopping and driving. I appreciated all the hours John devoted to our test drives and finding us a Honda Pilot with just the options we wanted. John and his coworkers were all very friendly and helpful with any and all questions we had. We are loving the Pilot!

Painless, no haggle vehicle purchase. Everything was done over the phone, I knew exactly what I wanted and Shad sourced the truck from another dealer and had me driving off the lot in 4 days.

No pressure, no fuss, extremely efficient buying experience.

Chris was very helpful, had me drive vehichles I probable would not have even looked at. I'm so glad he did I love my car. Chris never made me feel pressured, he was giving great advice in the three choices I had. I like the fact the price was what was listed no haggling involved.
