My only interaction with this dealership was very frustrating and disappointing. I went there after finding the Ford truck I’m looking for advertised for $14k. I saw it as I was driving in and was excited to see they still had it. A salesman approached me and asked what I was looking for, to which I replied I wanted to see that truck you have listed for $14k. He tried to redirect me to another truck saying they no longer have a truck for $14k. I persisted in asking for the keys to the truck I came to see. I used my phone to pull up their website while he was getting the keys and matched their stock number. I showed it to him when he returned and was asked to see the general manager. The general manager acted as though it was not a surprise and said he would call to the owner. He came back saying they would not honor the posted price and wanted a lot more. I would avoid this dealership if you’re searching for a car/truck. They use false advertising tactics to lure buyers in. I refuse to do business with dishonest dealerships like this one!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I bought a dodge diesel pickup from Blair auto mall about a year ago. When I bought this pickup I had many salesmans tell me this truck went through a "special" cummins mechanic and everything was great with this truck. I knew that's what they all said but I should have known better. About a month later I started having problems with the injectors. So I pulled the fuel filter out and it was the WORST filter plugged up I've ever seen, I am a mechanic and I've seen a lot. So I called them and the best they could do is to bring the truck back up to "their mechanic" to inspect if there are in fact bad. Then they was going to charge me for the parts and labor. So I decided it wasn't worth fighting with them anymore so $2500 later I replaced the injectors myself. And after I bought my truck I found out later two of my friends had also bought from Blair auto mall and had problems with their vehicles also. So do yourself a favor if your in Blair buy from wood house. If they have a vehicle that isn't worth selling to hurt there reputation, they sell at the auctions then company's like Blair auto mall buys them. Then they turn around and sell them to YOU, take my advice and don't buy from Blair auto mall!!!!

I hear about Blair auto mall on the radio all the time so I finally decided to stop by. As soon as we pulled up Tom greeted us. He was extremely nice made our first car buying experience easy and understanding. He wasn't at all pushy like other dealers are which can be annoying. I would definately recommend to my friends and family any day. Also Paul Haney was also very nice to us. He explained everything very thoroughly to us. I loved the atmosphere of that place. Very nicely decorated by the way.

Found the vehicle online that we were interested in, set up a time to test drive, was greeted by a very friendly young salesman (Stephen) . We took it for a test drive, noticed the brakes were not up to par and also noticed there was no tow hitch, and some occasional rattling noise, that we could not pin point at that time. When asked what it would take to seal the deal we said we would need the brakes checked and fixed and were thinking we should keep looking for one with a hitch. After negotiating with Stephen and Rob they agreed to repair the brakes which took 4 new rotors and 4 new brake pads, they did not have all the parts on hand but gave us a loaner for a day while they worked on ours.They also had a new hitch put on the vehicle. Travis went over the payment process with us and was very nice also. We later noticed the rattling noise was a broken part on the roof rail which we had repaired ourselves. Overall we have no complaints and feel like we were dealt with fairly.

I LIVE IN DES MOINES IOWA. WE WENT TO NEBRASKA AND LOOKED AT A 2006 IMPALA SS WITH 92000 MILES. HE WAS ASKING 11,800. IT HAD A MINOR HIT ON THE DRIVERS HEADLIGHT AND FENDER. THE PASSENGERS HEADLIGHT WAS SCUFFED AS WELL. THE HEATED SEATS DID NOT WORK. AND THERE WAS HORRIBLE NOISE COMING FROM THE BLOWER MOTOR. THE BACK TIRES WERE MORE THAN 50% WORN AND DID NOT MATCH THE FRONT. I OFFERED THE SALESMAN 10,300. HE GOT OFFENDED AND I ASKED ME WHERE I BOUGHT MY PARTS. HE THEN TURNED ME OVER TO THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, CONFRONTATIONAL MANAGER THAT LOOKED TO BE ABOUT 23. HE OFFERED TO FIX TWO ISSUES AND SELL IT AT THE SAME PRICE. I SAID NO 10,300 AND I FIX THEM. HE GOT VERY ANGRY AND TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO DES MOINES. ALL SAID AND DONE, I HAD THREE OF THEM FOLLOWING ME OUT THE DOOR TO MY CAR.

My grandmother just bought a vehicle here and left her garage door opener, so she asked me to take her back. My Grandmother did not ask me prior to buying a car and said that is because she is 87 and has been making grownup decisions twice as long as I've been alive... can't argue with that. Anyway I read all the reviews before I took her in, good reviews and bad. And honestly they were awesome. Maybe they took the poor reviews seriously because they were all awesome. A quick comment about Brad #187. Ausum guy. Met the owner and the GM Brad, and long story short got my Grandmother's garage door opener, oh and yeah a new truck. WHAT a selection!!! Blair is a small town so beware of wild dogsandwolves, but Frankie can be heard getting you to safety. For those older folks, that means this is a great town to visit and everyone is friendly. Anyway take it from me and my grandma these guys are friendly, cool and got all the selection and deals!!!

My husband and I recently bought a Dodge pickup truck. We live over 3 hours away and Travis was so helpful with describing the vehicle to us and sending us pictures. He got us excellent financing and payment that was very affordable for our family. We felt no pressure, and feel like we got an excellent buy!
