"WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR AND SERVICES YOUR CAR"

If I can I would not even give one star to this place. I have MDX which is 3 years old whenever i go there to get scheduled service done they are very arrogant people working there. The cost of their services is roof high with no explanation what is being charged and how much each part of service is. before i started my third service i told them how i was treated last time, in return there reply was do not come to our place. I will be talking about this experience to as many people i can reach and prevent them from buying or servicing their vehicle in future.

"Recall"

After waiting 11 months, I finally had my recalled air bag replaced today. I realize that the dealer needs to get the new parts from Honda but it should not be the responsibility of the owner to locate the necessary replacement parts. I've called the service department several times over the past year and have been told the the replacements were not in stock and that I should call Acura directly. This happened again last Friday and when I then followed up directly with Acura customer service I was told that the parts were indeed in stock and could be sent immediately to dealers. I then called Boardwalk and lo and behold the replacement was done today. The service was performed quickly along with a car wash and was more than satisfactory today but I don't think that I should have been tasked with locating the new air bag replacement. After all, I am the customer and should not been involved in this recall other than to have been asked to bring my car in for prompt servicing.

went for routine check 3 weeks ago- told everything including tires were good- one week later went sensor light failed and was told my tires (38,000 miles) all needed to be replaced as they were peeling away- was told I did not have "experienced mechanic" when I had initial maintainence done- service manager was rude but eventually replaced tires at his cost- gives me no confidence in the rest of the checkup as to my car's condition

We bought the first MDX in 2004 from Sussman, we have serviced our car and Wynn Keller is the service manager. Over the years his professionalism and courteous service are always given. Therefore, we purchase a used MDX thru salesman JP Antoine and when we experienced a problem with the car due to a problem with the timing belt originally by the factory. Wynn,J.P. and the Lead mechanic,(I can't remember his name but his help was invaluable)brought the car in and patiently diagnosed the problem. It was tricky because the squeal would not present itself anytime I brought the car in. We are extremely happy with the car not have not had any problems since. Hats off to your staff in helping my wife and I as we will remain loyal customers to professional staff.

I have leased Honda's before and this is the third Acura lease I have had the pleasure to sign. My first MDX in Fort Lauderdale, the second MDX at Sussman Acura and now, a TSX with Boardwalk Acura. I can honestly say that the third time is the charm. Not that I had bad experiences prior to Boardwalk; it is just head and shoulders over the other Acura dealers. From sales to management, you couldn't find a better team for you car purchasing experience. After the sale, the service does not fall off at all. Thanks Boardwalk Acura!
