My Review of Bob Brown Pre-Owned:
I have purchased serveral cars from here, and referred several family and friends.And we would of not known it was there, if we didnt drive by. Each purchase I have done, John has gave exceptional work. he answers the questions the salesman don't. he communicates well, and explains every paper to make sure the its understood. you don't need the salesman you need him. Teh only compliant I have is cleaniness. The vehicle we purchased last year was much cleaner than this year, & the people I have referred have said teh same, whoever does the cleaning/detailing is not as good as a year ago. I have few recommendation:
1. Update the building 2. advertise/promote 3. give john a raise

My Review of Bob Brown Pre-Owned:
Jim Andrews is the best sales rep we have ever dealt with in the auto sales business!
When we arrived at the lot, he was prompt and courteous and quickly helped us find exactly what we were looking for! We explained that we needed a vehicle that was safe, reliable and tough (we have seven children) and he found us the perfect vehicle for our budget and for my teenagers sense of style( they can't be seen in a dorky car, duh,mom)!
Not only that, he gave my granddaughter a figurine that she liked, right off of his desk!!! I would strongly recommend Jim and Bob Brown for all of my friends and family!

My Review of Bob Brown Pre-Owned:
I have purchased 3 vehicles from bob Brown des Moines, Ia locations in the past 10 years. They have always not only treated me like a human but also not like a paycheck. I understand the sales buisness, they are there to make money. But if I had felt as though I had not been treated fairly, or had any issues with the vehicles or pricing, I certainly would not have purchased from them 3 times in 10 years! The whole transaction seriously took hours and not weeks unlike some dealerships in Des Moines. I will continue to buy my vehicles from there and when my kids are ready to buy their first car, I will be taking them to Bob Brown.

Phil did a good job getting my truck to me fast and he was very personable and a like able guy. They let me use the garage to clean out my trade in (as it was raining). Over all it was a good experience.

My Review of Bob Brown Pre-Owned:
They are like any other dealer trying to make lot of money selling few cars. They have like 20 cars in the parking lot. They wanted to sell me something on stciker price and did not want to lower even a dollar on the sticker price. I declined the sale. They kept calling back even I said i was not interested. Beware ! I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I did not feel the salesman was pushy. Some car dealers do not let you take time and just look at what you want to. This was a very pleasant time I spent at your used car dealer. They let us ask the questions and let the car sell its self.

My Review of Bob Brown Pre-Owned:
I went to Bob Brown's Pre Owned lot without much hope of finding anything that I really wanted to buy. Boy was I wrong. After touring the lot and the detail bay, I found a 2007 Acura TL that I fell immediately in love with.
The whole process of buying the car from test drive to final signatures was utterly painfree and actually enjoyable. Jim had a no pressure sales attitude and that really helped in making my decision to buy that much easier.

John was wonderful to work with. He did not pressure us in any way and it was obvious from the start that he wanted to help us get a quality used car that fit our budget. My only corespondance was via the Web. Jenny was great. Answered my questions and followed up in a very timely manner.
It's nice to see that this dealership is dedicating "good" resources to this delivery channel.
With many industries, a good percentage of business is sold via "word of mouth".
