My Review of Bob Caldwell Chrysler:
I purchased a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser used in 2006 from Joe. They gave me a fair price for my trade and gave me the deal I wanted based on my pre-approval. After about a month, my car was leaking oil. I took it in for service. They provided me a rental car and kept the car for about three days. They said the crank seal was broken, so they replaced it. I noticed over the weekend that the car was still leaking oil, so I took it back again (very frustrated). I had put a white poster underneath the car to show them that I wasn't crazy. The service guy thanked me, because it showed him that there were metal shavings in the oil. The car needed a new motor, because the crank shaft was bent. They gave me another rental car, and kept the car for a little over two weeks (they told me it would be a while, since they had to order the motor from Chrysler). They fixed the car, and didn't charge me one penny. About a year later, I had ANOTHER issue with my car, and I took it again for service. The service manager came in to tell me that the issue was a very simple fix, and they were taking care of it that day for me. They never argued with me, they never gave me a hard time. They simply fixed the problem and made sure I was happy. They told me that I could take my car to any Chrysler dealership for service, but because of the service I got there, I will not go anywhere else. By the way, I've had no problems with my car since 2007, so whatever was wrong, they fixed it the right way!
