My Review of Bob Dennison auto center:
When I went in to buy my car- the sales manager guaranteed that someone took a look at it to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. We had to fight them to replace the tires with used ones since the tread was not legal and when we took it home that night we realized that it needed a new alternator. It took a lot of arguing and patience to get them to even cover some of the cost for a "new" used one. On top of that, I told them what I wanted warranty wise and everything and they could barely work with me on that one. The sales manager yelled at the salesman (who wasn't a bad guy) for giving us the deal that we even had. That sales manager was a jerk and last I heard he got fired and went on to another dealership in town. I can guarantee you that I will not shop at this dealership or the one that hired this guy.
