My Review of Bob Lewis Volkswagen-Hyundai-Suzuki:
I did not have a good experience with this dealership. The internet department lists cars online but isn't willing to dicuss price or the car over email or on the phone. They never returned one of my emails regarding various cars and would instead call me and ask me when I was coming in for a test drive. All they do is try to get you down there for a test drive to pressure me to buy. When I explained I lived far away, and couldn't come down, they weren't interested in talking to me and wouldn't discuss price. I amde sure they understood I was a serious buyer, but they still weren't helpful. When I explained what I was looking for regarding a car, and they didn't have it, they kept trying to sell me a different car. I hate it when they don't listen to you! I didn't end up buying a car from them, and am glad I didn't. They treat customers horribly.

My Review of Bob Lewis Volkswagen-Hyundai-Suzuki:
Service dept can be horribly horribly slow but they will give you a rental car if you keep pesting them. As for the buying experience--you will be subject to typical conniving dealers that will try to pocket your incentive and various other tactics to squeeze your wallet. This includes cars missing standard parts, waiting around forever, letting you walk out of the place, selling cars with a lot of mileage as new, etc.
