My Review of Bob Lewis Volkswagen Hyundai & Suzuki:
NOTE 3/21/2008: This dealer has just changed ownership and the names are Capitol Hyundai and Capitol Suzuki under the Del Grande Dealer Group.

Catastrophic: went to change 2 trunk shocks under warranty, ended up they broke the rear window. The car had to be fixed at the body shop for almost 2 weeks while there for an easy 10 minutes work. By the way, I have very bad experience with the body shop as well!
Not going back and not recommended.

Too bad I have to say this about the dealer; I still love my Hyundai!

Told the salesperson, I want a total price out the door. He came back with a old story that the car cost more since it not the color advertized and "NO Total Quote in writing ! Told him we need to leave, He followed me and my wife out to our car. They want to sell cars but make it a big hassle to deal with them.

Persistently tried to sell me an extended warranty and accessories when I purchased a used vehicle. Lied and said that Lojack can only be installed at time of purchase, and tried to give me a rediculously high APR on the loan. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
