My Review of Bob Montgomery Chevrolet and Honda:
This dealership is all to friendly when you are purchasing a vehichle, I know because I have purchased several over the past few years. My daughter was in an accident and I took the car to the collision center at Montgomery's. The car was fixed sastisfactory, I have no complaints with the body shop. Brenda Tarrant was very helpful. My complaint is with the sales manager. I was told about diminishment of value on a vehicle after it has been in an accident. My daughters car was hit in the rear and it bent the frame. I asked the sales manager about this and he said that they would not buy a car at auction if it had frame damage. I asked him if he would appraise the car at retail before the accident and give me an appraisel for the car after the accident. I needed this so I could file a claim for diminishment of value. Guess what, He said I Can't Help You With That, and I asked him if that would be a conflict of interest with the insurance company. <br>His reply was quote &quot; You could say something like that&quot; So their alliance is with the insurance companies not with their faithful customers. I am going to request my name be removed from their mailing list. It is a shame that society has come to bow down to the insurance companies. I say rise up... Mark Mathis
