About Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa

The Bob Moore Auto Group began as a single point used car dealership opened by Mr. Bob Moore in Wichita, Kansas in 1951. After building a name for himself as a successful automobile dealer in Wichita, Bob Moore purchased his first Oklahoma City dealership in 1970. When Bob Moore planted that first "seed" in 1970, he had no idea the legacy he would create. But legacies don't rest on their laurels. Change is inevitable and the Bob Moore Auto Group has changed with the times, growing exponentially. Even after 56 years in the automobile business, there are some things that haven't changed, though. Bob Moore's guiding principles of Customer Service are embodied in our motto "Respectfully, Bob Moore." Bob Moore often stated, "You can't buy a good name, you have to invest a lifetime of doing the right thing."

Bob Moore's legacy continues today with his son, Mark Moore, who runs the day to day operations of the Auto Group for the Moore family. Based in Oklahoma City, the Bob Moore Auto Group has continued to expand as it now serves all of Central Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Dallas-Fort Worth areas.

The organization has grown to include 14 new car dealerships carrying 16 franchises with state-of-the-art showrooms, parts, service and finance departments, as well as 4 collision centers, 6 Buy Here/Pay Here locations and over 800+ employees and continually growing.

Customer service was great. My wife and I were greeted with a smile and a handshake. After letting Bryan Gray know what we wanted, he quickly went to work for us. He advised us of our options and didn't give us the feeling of being pressured. After walking away from the dealership to look at more options, he gave us freedom to shop around and find the best option for our family. We finally worked out a deal on a mini-van, that thus far, has held up for us. We are happy with our experience at Bob Moore and looking forward to having the vehicle serviced there. If what we experienced thus far follows through to the Service Department, we will be completely satisfied with Bob Moore of Tulsa.

My wife and I came to the dealership to check prices and fuel economy of the new Dodge RAM. We met with Hal Smith who was very friendly and listened to what we wanted. He took us to a truck that we loved and quickly got us into a test drive. We were in a hurry because of dinner plans but Hal knew that he could take care of us quick. He got us the truck we wanted, the finance team got us the payment we wanted and we still made our diner plans. Excellent work to Hal and the rest of the Bob Moore team. We appreciate your hard work!

I had a great experience today at Bob Moore Chrysler. Their shuttle driver even took me to the mall and picked me up after the movie and everybody in the service department was really nice. It was probably the best service I have ever received at a dealership and I was only having some recall work done. Pretty cool since I didn't even buy the car there. The coffee in the waiting room was excellent, too. I have never been able to say that anywhere I have gone!

I had a very good experience purchasing my new car from this dealership. The salesman, Chris Gallegos, was very friendly and easy to work with. The staff was also very nice and professional. Overall, I was happy with the way I was treated even before I decided to purchase a car there. I would definitely do business with them again, especially with Chris.

My Review Of Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa:

I had found a 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT-8 on the dealer web site on a Friday morning about 9:30am PST and called regarding the car. I had been looking for this type of car for some time and knew their value and also understood that when one came up for sale they didn't last long. I spoke with Alan Post who gave me the full information on the car and answered all my questions. Because I was an out-of-state buyer I asked if I could arrange for someone to inspect and drive the car and Alan said certainly. We were abe t arrange for a family friend to go to the dealership and inspect the car and take it for a test drive. Upon completion of that drive Alan gave my friend his cell phone to call us and give us his input, which was "two thumbs up"! At that point I told Alan we would take the car and asked what they needed from us to complete the sale. With Alan's help we were able to connect our credit union with his finance folks and they were able to exchange information to ensure the dealership we had the funds to purchase the car. A check was cut to Bob Moore and an electronic copy was sent. I purchased a plane ticket and flew to Tulsa Sunday afternoon. Over the course of Friday Alana and I spoke 10 or 12 times and he always gotback to me when he said he would and followed up with all my questions.

Monday morning Alan picked me up at my hotel and took me to the dealership to inspect the car, give it a test drive and answer any new questions I had. His demeanor was friendly and professional and there was never any concern on my part that I was being "fed a story" or BS'd in any way. I then went in to sign all the paperwork and met Chris Kennedy, the Finance Manager, who continued the same professional and courteous service. Chris went so far as to call the previous owner of the car while I was in his office to see if they had any issues with the car while they owned it (turns out they had added children and needed a larger vehicle). In addition Chris and Alan went over the full details of all the work Bob Moore had done on the car before it was listed on-line. Alan took me out to the service department and we were able to review, and get copies of, all the work orders they had on the vehicle including replacement of the front and rear brake rotors and pads, installation of a new battery and completion of an open recall notice.
Alan then spent an hour and a half going over the features of the car, its radio and navigation systems, the EVIC (Electronic Vehicle Information Center) information displays and just walking me around the car opening and closing everything and familiarizing me with the vehicle; I had a 2,000 mile drive home and was attempting to stay ahead of a major winter storm rolling in from the West Coast. By the time we got done I felt confident I knew the car well enough to be on my way.
These guys are not only courteous, professional and honest, with exemplary service, but they are CAR GUYS! They did everything I asked and more, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants to be treated with respect, honesty and integrity.
I was in the car business in the ‘60’s and 70’s and have been a “gear head” most of my life. I have dealt with many dealers over the years and I will say that even though I’m 2,000 miles away I may go back there again myself!

Bought a new challenger from a different dealer, but this dealership was closer for the parts I wanted to add to the dodge. I was able to order and parts came in as promised. The following Saturday I was able to have installed within an hour. Great experience.

My Review Of Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa:

Arrived at dealership Saturday morning, it was cold and raining, I was looking at a 2010 Ford Fusion. Shane came out in the rain, went back and got the keys, we test drove, Went back inside, had a coffee, checked the car fax, ended up with 2 small issues, right turn sig bulb was out, he had it fixed on the spot, and there was a recall that was issued on wheel nuts that had not been taken care of. He setup with a local Ford dealer for the recall.
I bought the car and after the paper work was filled out, he followed me home in my new, to me, Fusion.
Very pleased with a quailty used car from Bob Moore, and Shane's help with the purchase.
