About Bob Moore Land Rover

The Bob Moore Auto Group began as a single point used car dealership opened by Mr. Bob Moore in Wichita, Kansas in 1951. After building a name for himself as a successful automobile dealer in Wichita, Bob Moore purchased his first Oklahoma City dealership in 1970. When Bob Moore planted that first "seed" in 1970, he had no idea the legacy he would create. But legacies don't rest on their laurels. Change is inevitable and the Bob Moore Auto Group has changed with the times, growing exponentially. Even after 56 years in the automobile business, there are some things that haven't changed, though. Bob Moore's guiding principles of Customer Service are embodied in our motto "Respectfully, Bob Moore." Bob Moore often stated, "You can't buy a good name, you have to invest a lifetime of doing the right thing."

Bob Moore's legacy continues today with his son, Mark Moore, who runs the day to day operations of the Auto Group for the Moore family. Based in Oklahoma City, the Bob Moore Auto Group has continued to expand as it now serves all of Central Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Dallas-Fort Worth areas.

The organization has grown to include 14 new car dealerships carrying 16 franchises with state-of-the-art showrooms, parts, service and finance departments, as well as 4 collision centers, 6 Buy Here/Pay Here locations and over 800+ employees and continually growing.

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

All employees encountered were attentive to our presence and comfort. Specific employee answered all our questions or quickly obtained help to answer our questions. This may just be good salesmanship, but we felt they were just as interested in our needs (price, vehicle, schedule) as they were in their own (sale, commission, bonus, quota, etc.). We feel as though we received a good deal from good people on a good vehicle. Now, we just have to let time be the final determining factor.

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

The best experience was my salesman, Timothy as for the rest of my experience, it was far from pleasant, starting from the finance dept delays to the delivery of vehicle, and finding out that the dealership owns the shipping company that delivered my vehicle. Number (1) Vehicle delivered through rain, sleet, and snow with window all the way down!!! (2)Interior totally filthy, food, crumbs, etc!! (Have plenty of pictures) (3)Dealership had to let out air of tires to get the vehicle on trailer and neglected to give valve stem caps back, so I'm stuck at a service station not knowing if the vehicle has Nitrogen in tires or air!!! (4)Upon delivery the operator noted to myself that there was a big scratch that runs from the front of the hood of vehicle to the back of vehicle. The operator was nice to bring that to my attention!! (5)I tried to get a second (key) from the start of this procedure and delay after delay was unsuccessful. (5)Really don't think that the vehicle was ever prepped?? (Dirty and previous owner licence plate still on vehicle)

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

My shopping experience at the Rover Dealership began out of curiosity for many different SUV vehicles. I questioned in detail and stood in awe of things the Rover is capable of. Having been a previous owner of mini-vans, suv's, pick-ups, the new car bug eventually won. Visits began with the sales manager, Brendon led to meeting Gunner Poe the salesman. A man with huge product knowledge, exceptional patience, and willingness to let us pick the best vehicle for me. I am not an impulse buyer so after shopping many other makes, found myself pulled back to my new Range Rover.

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

This is our 1st Land Rover and so far pretty pleased with the whole experience. We probably would have walked during negotiations if it hadn't been for our Sales Consultant, Corey Suter. He was very genuine & reassuring in regards to the whole Land Rover experience (quality of the vehicle & service). We did have some issues that needed to be fixed on our vehicle & they were taken care of completely (although I do think the car cleaning could be better) Thanks Bob Moore & Corey!!

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

I have bought my last three cars from Bob Moore Land Rover. I could not be more pleased with the experiences I have had. Everyone I have dealt with has been top notch, from Sales, to the Finance Department, to the GM, Jeremy Freeman. The knowledge of their vehicles, friendliness and honesty cannot be matched. My salesman, Barrett Huffmyer, puts me at ease and reassures me that I'm getting what I deserve. I don't plan on needing another car in the near future... But if I do, there's no question about where I will go.

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

I recently bought my second Land Rover and Monroe was my sales person both times. He is very nice and easy to work with. It is difficult to judge too harshly on price because, HELLO? you are buying a Land Rover what do you expect? I will say for my most recent experience I could have done without Brendon (he is one of the managers) walking into the room. I hope he doesn't mean it this way, but he almost comes across like he is belittling you. I would do my best to avoid dealing with him in the future...like drive to Tulsa.

pleasant & easiest I have ever had.
Arranged delivery for perfect on time delivery by Mr Doug Colman, Who also is a great ambassador for Bob Moore, cleaned windows and wiped car down,for showroom delivery.

Timothy was outstanding, Bad Bob Moore Sales experience in the past was overcome. Bought the LR3 100% due to Timothy, dealership has bad rep in city. Considering buying again if Timothy will handle sale.

My Review Of Bob Moore Land Rover:

I first stopped into the dealership while on business and was impressed with the facility and staff. Mohammed spent quite a while with me discussing purchase options and features of the Land Rovers. Over the next few months, Mohammed stayed in touch on the phone and kept me updated of changing inventory and prices. When I was finally ready to purchase, Mohammed worked with finance and others at the dealership in advance of my arrival (I drove 6 hours to OKC) so everything went seamlessly when I arrived to purchase the new LR4.
