We really didn't have any knowledge of Subaru til we bought this one and not only were we sold a car but we were educated on some history and why Subaru builds the cars the way they do. It was explained to us the working of the Boxer engine, the CVT transmission and the over all courteousness of the staff from the very low pressure sales to getting the final paper work completed was very easy. Especially the sales part. We walked in and asked how much, the price was given with out a blink.... no going back and forth, no manager meetings just the flat price.

Very low pressure, just presenting the facts about the car (Impreza hatchback). Anthony spent quite a bit of time with us, about 3 hours on Saturday. The test drive included highway as well as back roads so we had a more complete idea of how the car handled in different situations. I felt that Anthony was interested in my purchasing the car that was right for me instead of just making a sale. During the interim of deciding on the car and getting the credit check completed, it was easy to communicate with both Anthony and Sean. They promptly returned phone calls leaving pertinent information on my voice mail, so I could proceed with the next step. When I picked up the car, Sean went over the financial information and easily made the changes I requested. Anthony went over the car essentials and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking possession of it. He also walked me over to service to meet Mike Aguilar and have the preliminaries of getting the window tinting completed. I received contact information for all the individuals with whom I communicated so if I have any questions I have resources.

Justin was very friendly and had great customer service. He answered all my questions and sold me my Forester... I traded my Jeep and got a good price for it and I got a lease for only $200. Buying a vehicle with Bob Moore Subaru was an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Bill Klozik is a great salesman he is friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to please. when I began shopping for a new vehicle the first thing i did was request quotes on the Subaru website from several dealers. Bob Moore had me a quote within the hour the other dealerships took much longer. As for the price of the vehicle it was the best I was able to find in my area by a significant amount. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore Subaru of Arlington and look forward to doing business with them again.

After five years of saving up and eight months of research, I finally was ready to invest in my first vehicle. Bob Moore Subaru of Arlington had the perfect car at a great price. Unfortunately, I had to take a TREMENDOUS risk in buying the car over the phone, but it was about to go to auction and being from Oklahoma, there was no way I could just take off of work to drive 5 hours and check it out. The manager and sales associate assured me that the car was in great condition, brand-new quality even. Well, after driving it around for a few days I have to say that they could not have been more right! I am in love with my first vehicle and so thankful that I trusted the men who helped me with my purchase. I'm sure that there are a lot of crooks out there who sell bad cars to people but I can assure you that Bob Moore Subaru of Arlington is not one of them. I will recommend you all in the future and I thank you again for making my dream of owning my first car a reality.
